I question if Baez understands the law or is it that Baez WANTS to conduct the trial HIS WAY..with little regard to the Judge and the Law.

The Judge has told Baez on numerous occasions that trial by ambush is not allowed in Florida and I can not get it out of my mind that is exactly what Baez is still trying to do.

BBM I've wondered this for nearly three years. I suspect it is the latter. MOO

Ho Hum....gas cans still! I am very bored & I know ALOT about the case (thanx to all you guys!), I have the luxury of being in my own home on my own computer with food & drink at will. Imagine how the jurors feel! I don't know if I should be happy cuz a guilty verdict will be rendered, or scared they will just overlook everything & say not guilty due to reasonable doubt (confusion!):banghead:

Possible thought from juror: If ICA broke into shed for gas, why not break in shed for shovel?

Perhaps it wasn't the shovel she researched on the internet and did not want to use one of HER shovels. As a juror that is what I would be thinking.

How you gonna break into the shed for gas if you don't have a shovel to break into the shed for gas? You borrow a shovel. Then decide you don't want to break a sweat or a nail and bring it back.

JB: the round gas can that you have had for over 20 years had a piece of duct tape on it when you gave it to LE. . .(yes) . .. after Caylee reported missing on 15th, kc arrested on 16th, Appie Wells came on 17th . . . (objection . .. sustained - not a question on the gas can) . . .on 17th did that detective search your shed (don't remember) . . gave Det. Wells a tour of backyard. . . (don't remember) . . .you opened shed for Wells . . . .
GA: I opened shed one of those first few days, cadavar dogs, LE, media were @ our home.
JB: shovels in that shed ?. . .(objection - overrulled)
GA: 3 or 4
JB: you have expensive equipment in the shed, mowers, weed eaters . . . did you inform LE of the argument with kc on the 24th?
GA don't remember if I did . . .
JB first nite first reported Caylee missing . . .you spoke w/YM . . . told him about smell of the car . . . did you tell YM about gas cans & argument w/kc about that . . .
GA I don't remember specific . . . I talked to detectives numerous times. . .
JB did you ever tell anyone from LE prior to 31st about the gas can & fight w/KC
GA maybe I don't know. . . don t remember . . . can't recall
HHBP said 3 times he doesn't recall . . . move to another area
JB you have had opportunity to sit in courtroom . . . you asked your lawyer
