JB: LDB everything she has said is perfect. Ours is relevance...if the court is going to rule that this is not reflective of lack of remorse...we require further when I give miss Drane B my word... :floorlaugh:

LDB: only as it relates to remorse or lack of...the videos do not show her mood but her actions. they are relevant because of time frame to show she was not looking for her daughter as she informed LE she was not moving heaven and earth as she told LE she was...the activities in the video...

JB: my objections are culmalative...it has been conceded by the defense and it is showing nothing but bad character.

HHJP: the evidence the state is presenting is not going to remorse it is going to demenor...some folks think they should act differently when they lost a child due to kidnapping or accident...there has been nothing that violates Randolf in lack of remorse...lack of remorse is when someone murders someone and has no remorse...the record is abundantly clear. You got ten minutes before recess is over with...I am looking at Jones vs State Mr. Mason...and I think the case you are talking about...Jones deals with a line up during a kidnapping charge it does not resonate(?) with this court and it was judge Corn that was the trial judge and...okay.

LOL! I'd say Casey knows how....she did just that. There was no truth to her getting her parents house, there was no truth to the other person with child/children to be a housemate, there was no live-in nanny..... Yep, I'd say she was fake looking for furniture.

There has been suggestion that Casey had actually considered killing her parents in order to get insurance and the house. Lots of info here on Websleuths.

How would WW know she was fake shopping/lying about getting a house that needs furniture?

Sounds like this stipulation was entered into so they didn't have to bring in the custodian of records to authenticate the videos which would mean no foundation would be needed. So no one would have to get on the stand and say this was taken on so and so and this is Casey Anthony etc. But again I don't know that for a fact just seems that way from what is being said.

Were there any psychologists on the Defense witness list? I vaguely remember them trying to get some in at the last moment and they were denied; will this whole world of denial thing be believable without a psych doctor confirming it?

Hense the problem IMO. You have to find a doctor to confirm this. I don't think the defense has been succesful and that is why the defense is keeping the psych interviews secret.
