Having lived with a pathological liar for yrs they are fueled for more lies as their previous lies are believed.They get more elaberate as time goes on because they think "hey I got away with that one"

I'm not 100 percent certain about Cindy yet. I think she may yet try to help Casey.

I'm hoping she is just going to tell the truth as far as she sees it, whether it is in favor of KC's case or not. I imagine there is some truth that might allow Baez to jump on it as part of KC's defense. But, as long as it's the truth of what happened, I have faith justice will be served.

Story is CA found out day of graduation ICA was short 1/2 credit to receive her diploma. ICA did not quit.

Oh okay. Quit may have been the wrong word. I meant that the word on the street was that KC never made the credit up. I read that there is a diploma on file.
I think it was in discovery somewhere. Maybe JB will bring this up during his whole family being in denial explanation.

If Baez tries to pound Cindy like he did George the jury is going to hate his guts.

He really really made a huge mistake with this defense. He should have played the accident theory and left her parents out of it. No one is going to believe this abuse defense. There was no hitting, no sexual abuse, no abuse of any kind. Casey ran the show there and did whatever she wanted and you can tell both her parents just believed her lies and she got away with murder. Jose's theory looks ridiculous after both these people testified.

I truly don't think that CA & GA believed that GA was going to be accused of all of this.

GA's atty had a meeting with Baez along with the A's according to him & they were told EXACTLY what the plan was..I assume they believed it & they knew for sure when they heard the DT opening.

eta..The atty said "6 weeks ago"..There's some confusion tho cos the GA "WHY?" letter was written in March of 2010..I was shocked about that cos it shows they may have gotten wind of this as far back as then..Maybe they didn't believe it at that time?

eta..Is it possible GA's letter has the wrong DATE on it? Could it be March 2011?
