Maybe I'm naive, but I have very little doubt that Lee is there for his parents and he knows what ICA did. He may be angry with her, I wouldn't blame him. During the "agents of the state" hearing I think he came across to her like.. "What can I do? You're in a mess of your own making." I'm glad he can support his mother and father, it is obviously very trying for them.

So the defense never got a deposition of Lee Anthony. Jose did cross examine Lee at the States deposition of Lee but no depo of their own. Why is that? TIA.

And, didn't Lee get immunity? What does that mean? It does not matter what he says in court he cannot be in trouble for it? ITA.

Yeah CM is so "removed" from Caylee but it doesn't surprise me because ICA said in the jail house recording "I love(d) that little girl"

She removed herself as well a long time ago.

I've noticed that the DT has a really hard time calling her by her name ... someone needs to remind them that that little girl has a name and it's Caylee.

In his OS, JB also said that in the 911 call CA tells GA Caylee is missing and GA says nothing. That is not true at all. She sobs George, we've lost her!! and he says "Lost who!!??" So I hope they get played today as well.

Which 911 call is that? I have never heard that one. can you clearly hear them in the background?
