Maybe it's because it is still early, but I was going to say this witness seems a little more nervous than the witnesses yesterday. I'm sure she has lots of experience on the stand, she just seems uncomfortable up there.

Plus, she knows she's on television and will be scrutinized nationally.

Go, lady cop, GO!

Bones' handler. Bones background: from OCSO.

Did you do training?

Yes.

Sidebar.

LBD: Background/training prior to Bones arrival in 2005.

I did canine training as hobby.

LBD: So you understood Bones had undergone a period of training.

Yes.

LBD: Did his training paperwork go with him?

Yes.

LBD: Do you maintain records?

Yes.

LBD: Are you the only one who created that record?

Yes.

Approaching witness... witness looking at records.

LBD: Are these true and accurate records of Bone's training?

KB: Yes, ma'am.

She seems a little bit nervous. Hopefully she will be able to hold her own during cross.

Does anyone else remember the female dog handler in the MSM video from the house having blond hair?

I think we're going to see a lot of nervous people. They're dealing with testifying in a case that has gone worldwide and there are cameras all over the place.

Funny to me that bomb sniffing dogs are greatly depended on by the military, drug sniffing dogs are greatly depended on by DEA and other law enforcement entities, BUT death sniffing dogs are questioned by the great JB........just saying.

ETA: don't forget search and rescue dogs.......

Good point! :)

We got all that testimony of Bones training through Forgey yesterday, so I'm hoping LDB realizes we don't need a recap.

Yeah, but now they have to go through all of the training Bones went through, specifically, with this handler.

This BETTER not be another 3 hours of cadaver dog credential testimony! I'm serious!

I would offer you a :chillpill:,but as a mock juror you cannot be under the influence. :therethere:

JB objects to Bones records

HHJP looks over the records "ok they will be received into evidence over all previous objections of the defense"
