Just the judge Donjeta. It's supposed to happen after the state rests their case (which they did earlier) back thread a couple of pages is a very good transcript.

If this argument isn't put forth then it opens the door for appeals.

I am interested in what he's saying though. He's made some good points if some not so good ones IMHO. (not that she won't be convicted, he's just raising some good points I'm going to keep in the back of my mind for future cases).

IMHO, I don't think the SA really hammered home the fact that ICA murdered Caylee. I mean we can see it beacuse we can see ALL of the evidence, but if I were a juror I don't see how ICA could have done it because there is no CONCRETE evidence.

Why is CM asking for judgement for acquittal? Is it because they have no witnesses? The judge should deny this motion and leave it for the jury to decide. JMO

Doubtful! once convicted she will get a appeals attorney. I think defense knows she will get convicted.

I always felt before that they will consider anything less than DP as a victory on their part
