If the defense is trying to prove they found no DNA on ICA's clothing or car, they're being pretty stupid at this point since the State never even brought that up. All they're doing is alerting the jury that the stains were there even though they had been washed/cleaned. Sheesh.........they just dug themselves in about a foot deeper.

There are MANY witnesses on the states list that were not called or needed. This is one of them.
