They were discussing an item that was totally irrelevant and now the jury must disregard it. Fabulous.

OMG..Too funny.. striking himself.

Why would there be blood on the shirt if Caylee drowned?

Witness says there was a possible presence of blood.

Donjeta, I am thinking animal activity :(

JB just brought in an item that is not in evidence. JB moves to strike his own testimony

My impression was that there was NO blood. Now this witness testifies that results MAY indicate the presence of blood, so now I'm thinking blood MAY be involved...

Yep she is trying really hard to get some actual tears flowing. FAKER!!!!

Remember, the defense had the laundry bag and shorts tested a second time for DNA. The tests came back negative for any trace of male DNA.

  • #1,670
Positive for the possible presense of blood, and tested for DNA typing. No DNA obtained.

So in other words there could have been blood which was 'rinsed' away due to being in water for so long?

New career choice for Baez, golf announcer. his voice is putting everyone to sleep!

Okay, I've come to the conclusion all these questions about blood, are nothing more than "filler" speak! Sheesh!

Yes, part of talking in circles trying to cause some confusion. I have faith in this jury they are not going to fall for this fluff. :banghead:

How do you all discount the fact that there was not Caylees DNA on the duct tape, either the "sticky" side or the "shiny" side? She did find DNA but not Caylees, Caseys or any of the Anthony family...? I would think if it was around Caylees mouth, the DNA would have been hers.

Possible blood in the laundry bag and on the blanket - but not enough to test? I didn't know that and never thought there was any reason to suspect blood :( What did ICA do? OMGosh!

Unrelated blanket?! OH. MY. GOD. Just freakin' shoot me and put me out of my misery. PLEASE!

JB just asked several questions about a completely phantom blanket. JA had to remind JB that there is no such evidence. :banghead: :floorlaugh:

What does blood have to do with ANYTHING?!?

It doesn't. He wants to confuse the jury so that they will think the SAO is trying to railroad his innocent client, whom, despite being a proven pathological liar and apparently able to carry on as though nothing has happened after her child drowned in a pool, is in fact entirely innocent and completely uninvolved in this entire matter.

Okay, I've come to the conclusion all these questions about blood, are nothing more than "filler" speak! Sheesh!

IMO, this is a real possibility. JB must get a certain amount of court time in if he is to maintain any credibility at all. All the S T R E A T C H I N G is just to burn time.

  • #1,679
Striking testimony of blanket. Win for SA IMHO.

  • #1,680
How does JB possibly think this is helping his client? We are now hearing the chemical tests show positive for the possible presence of blood!!! If I were sitting on that jury, I would now be wondering what else did ICA do to precious Caylee other than put duct tape on her mouth!!! IMO this is sinking the defense and JB doesn't get it!
