Yep, the FBI tech fingerprint - I KNEW it. JA says it shouldn't be in because it can't be scientifically interpreted. JB it should be in because it's there.

You know, honestly, I get why JB is going through this testimony. He SHOULD do the best for his client. But for the love of all that is sacred and holy, he needs to try to find a way to ask short succinct questions before he puts EVERYONE to sleep.

The prosecution had a plan and that was to tell a story from beginning to the end. They have almost completed the plan although they are not finished with the ending. That is coming up once the defense rests the case.
What is most perplexing to me is that there does not seem to be a beginning or end to the endless opportunities lost by the defense. The defense seems to be trying to tell a story from the end to the beginning with all in the middle muddled up. No sense...no story...no nothing. This will not pass the "50" threshold. That is it...Nothing more.
