I am worried about Dr. Spitz. His age and experience would make me sit up and take notice as a juror. I would believe anything he says.

His credentials are impecable.

I find the posts disparaging this man & mocking him DUE TO HIS AGE are deplorable, discusting & ignorant.
If the mocking & disparaging references to his age were replaced by his color, religion, gender or sexual orientation ALL THOSE ignorant & deplorable posts would be removed.

Since when did age discrimination become aceptable ?
Judge him on the merits of his testimony. Not his age.

Was the jury told why the first witness didn't continue?

CM requested that JP address why the first witness was excused. JP told the jury upon their return that the first witness was excused until monday, and another witness 'from out of town' would be accomodated now.

Please, everyone, I am practically on my knees begging here. If you are posting in here, PLEASE take a moment to consider if you have several pictures in your signature line and are blowing out the margins in here.

I got a late start, caught the end of HHJP giving JB a dressing down, attempted to skim and catch up and figure out what was going on, but after several pages of blown margins, I give up.

I try not to complain and/or be whiney in here, but to make it even worse I'm on a mini laptop right now, and this is getting so frustrating I don't know what to do anymore. Please help a girl out here.

What troubles me is that for some, a connection with JFK and MLK will bring on a great deal of credibility. Just by the mention of their names.

Many people believe the autopsy of Mary Jo Kopecne didn't reveal things or something remained hidden by the examiner.

IIRC correctly she was reportedly pregnant.
