so now the water moved the hair but did not get in the skull...okee dokee

  • #2,463
I think Casey saw Cindy getting giggly so this is a good time to show everyone she is the one with the loving feelings.

They share them you know.

:cow:

Wow, I just learned that water can glue hair together!

  • #2,465
She is as phony as a three dollar bill :)

Instead of hiring all the investigators, experts and lawyers, JB should've hired an acting coach.

ICA is so ridiculous. All she has to do is avert her eyes. She doesn't need to put on a show.

EXACTLY! You said it better than I. That's exactly what she's doing. She's putting on a show and that's what makes it even more sickening. It's so obvious and I hope the jury sees this as well.

It really irritates me how ICA turns her head every time an autopsy picture is shown. I don't think she's doing it because it truly bothers her, I think she's doing it because it looks good to the jury. She makes me ill.

Correct. Because we have all seen how she reacts when the jury isn't present. She has no problem looking and giving a angry look when they aren't there to watch her every move.

Splashed the hair onto the bone?

Liquefied skin and scalp?

OMG.....this witness just won the case! FOR THE STATE!!!

  • #2,469
dut dut dut, that's all folks.

  • #2,470
Dr. S admitting did not examine this hair

  • #2,471
Did you look at this hair?

In the pictures

  • #2,472
anyone else understand what he's getting at?

  • #2,473
I doubt they twisted his arm.
I doubt they twisted his arm either. However, you need a "credible" witness on the stand.

Obviously most of the legitimate experts of the world have bailed out for the defense..... LKB, Dr. Kobalinsky, Henry Lee, etc.

This poor old dude is all they could get, and prosecution has made minced meat out of him.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered ... just coming in.

How old is W. Spitz?

84. Same as number of hits re chloroform. at sci-spot.com

  • #2,475
He said this hair was sticky. But he only saw a picture of the hair. He knows it's sticky because he's seen "other hair".

  • #2,476
:innocent: Starting to think the defense's best possible witness would be Vasco Dagama. Proffer him up, can't hurt anymore than this. Embarrassment.

  • #2,477
EXACTLY what I thought - propped up just a little on the wheel 'hump'.

Don't forget RK accidentally kicked the bag and the skull rolled out. He may be right that the hair originally fell to the left. But the picture with the hair at the back, with the skull upright, was after the water flow and after RK kicked it.

Believe me, I will honestly and fairly listen to any Defense witness who seem to know what they are talking about, I will often agree with points they made, etc. I am sorry but I just cannot take this Dr. seriously, no matter his credentials, etc. This is really bizarre to me. He just believes that he knows so much, everyone should believe and honor what he says. That is not the way it works. IMO, MOO, etc.

This doesn't seem funny to me one bit. The jury will hear JA's questioning of Dr. Spitz as harrassment imo. The doctor's point is that he didn't think the autopsy was thorough.

I think JA is asking very valid questions. I don't think it's harrassment at all. I don't think it's fair that JA shouldn't be able to ask him questions or make his point due to the witness being an older man. I think JA is being very respectful.
