Maybe the hair...the water maybe swished around...it seems quite likely - the expert is speculating about the hair, but it sounds questionable to say the least.

  • #2,482
he knows it is sticky because he has looked at OTHER hair from OTHER dead bodies...

oh my

  • #2,483
he says the hair was sticky - but he never examined the hair.

I keep telling myself that, as Dr. S said, the jury will need to put ALL the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle together when looking at evidence!

  • #2,485
I don't know what is going on. This guy seems to be making stuff up as he goes along. I hope the jury sees this.

  • #2,486
He didn't examine the hair?

  • #2,487
omg, he viewed only pic's of hair. Go there JA.

Only thing painful about this is watching ICA pose away from the screen while the jury has to view Caylee. ICA should be forced to watch the results of her jealousy and hatred of Cindy.

  • #2,489
It certainly could go either way. It just takes one juror to be looking at this cross-examination in this way to hang the whole jury.

Thanks for posting your insight! It's not the way I'm looking at it and yet it's interesting to see what someone else might be seeing right now. :blowkiss:

They will still have to weigh it's accuracy. I don't think they will make their decision based upon feeling sorry for a witness. jmo:seeya:

This guy is being dystroyed.
Not because he's old & past his prime though. He's plenty sharp.
But he's full of crap & trying to please his employers. He's lying and it's OBVIOUS.

  • #2,491
This is just disgraceful. I can't believe they brought this man in, and he broke Caylee's skull, in what appears to be a act for his own self-serving purposes.

It is just so beyond sad, what she had to endure in life and in death.

Cross-examination, brutal thing. The different between JA and JB though, is that JA's questions actually make sense.

  • #2,493
If cheney Mason is smart....he will NOT redirect. There is no way to rehabilitate the witness.

  • #2,494
The defense wants to make the point that for most of the time before her body was found, Caylee was in a different position than the one she was found in, proving (they think) that Kronk or someone placed her where she was found long after she decomposed.

Yeah sure but she still would have been dead/murdered before she decomposed.

  • #2,495
OK No more questions for this witness your honor

Casey really gets freaked out by skulls, appears to the point of phobia. I wonder why. Perhaps I should send her some skull stickers. This case has made me mean! lol

Yeah, well, she liked them well enough before she went to jail, if I recall her photobucket images -- plus her well-known love of snuff films and death lyrics...

:cow:

:blowkiss: Oakley

This case has made me think and say things I did not know I felt.

Witness is not senile, he is slimy. IMHO.

I am beyond confused, am I the only one?

Finally, the duct tape.
