He says he knows the hair was sticky, not because he examined Caylee's hair but because he's done other autopsies.

JA says "You would agree that this photo does not support the position that you have theorized" because the hair has not slipped to the side.

Dr S disagrees but I am not sure why. IMO he should just admit "Because I SAID so!"

Oh please Lord, let me know when to retire ^i^
A man of Dr. S's experience would be a good consult..but I don't know why they put him through this..it's not helpful to the DA. ^i^

Only thing painful about this is watching ICA pose away from the screen while the jury has to view Caylee. ICA should be forced to watch the results of her jealousy and hatred of Cindy.

Looks like she is napping now, lol!

There are no words....yet I keep trying to type them.

  • #2,505
Gee, talk about pulling teeth to get a straight answer. I give JA credit for maintaining his composure.....so far.

  • #2,506
JA now getting the witness to answer the question I raised...is he saying the duct tape was attached to a skeletonized skull?

  • #2,507
  • #2,508
Spitz thinks duct tape was put their after skin was decomposed. insane

  • #2,509
I'm holding my breath. If he drops the skull I'll pee my pants!

  • #2,510
I understand. But it's not fair either that he keep working, keeps testifying in important cases, if he's not capable of it anymore. His job is very important and if he's not able to perform at his best, then he shouldn't in my opinion.

I couldn't agree more. This guy needs to retire!

  • #2,511
so now he is saying the tape was place on the skull after the skin decomposed? Then why was the tape also decomposed?

  • #2,512
Yeah, well, she liked them well enough before she went to jail, if I recall her photobucket images -- plus her well-known love of snuff films and death lyrics...

:cow:

i think they have a pic of caylee in the woods up.

  • #2,513
You know, I don't need to examine this hair.

  • #2,514
He didn't examine the hair. But, he knows the hair was sticky.

Stick a fork in him....

  • #2,515
Did Dr. Spitz just say that his opinion is that the duct tape was put on the skull after decomp?

  • #2,516
after the skin was deomposed thought the adopocier

the skull is looking at me. the skull is looking at you.

at the scene there is debris.

  • #2,517
who else is screaming ... "GRAVITY !!!!!" at their TV sets/monitors? during the hair sloughing testimony..

  • #2,518
Much discussion now about Caylee's hair and which way it was falling. Dr S says she has long hair and the hair is sort of glued or sticky to the bone. That hair which matted itself to the skull when the head was placed in that location.

JA says but you would agree that this photo shows that the hair mass has fallen backward not to the side, wouldn't you agree? Dr S removes a handkerchief to demonstrate hair on the skull.

JA has certainly done a good job for negating the witness's testimony.
Not sure why he keeps at it.. it seems like a battle of wills over the hair falling, sediment, etc.. What does the sediment and how the hair fell have to do with the cause of death, duct tape, etc? Get to it Jeff... ahhh here it comes now... Duct tape...

You know, since ICA is a "celebrity" and all, maybe the show she's putting on has a dual purpose. "Once I get outta this one, maybe I can be in moooovieeess!!" I truly think that's how her mind works. She doesn't take this seriously at all.

My dad ,God Bless Him,was an educated know it all ,and an educated know it all with dementia ,his last years.
Unless you knew what he was saying had not happened ,he could convince anyone of anything. WE KNEW he was not basing his discussions, comments, arguments,in reality, because we knew what that reality was. Others did not. My dad had vascular dementia. He was not lying ,he just had an altered reality. And he would argue, intelligently. Drove us over the edge ,often.
