I love that ICA goes to the "thinker" position whenever JA or LDB are questioning but remains in the "Mona Lisa" style when her DT is questioning witnesses.
Something does not compute for me other than all is a show. Grandstanding at its best.

I'm sorry, but I don't feel bad for this Dr at all. And Jeff doesn't need to be gentle.

Spitz is not a newbie to this stuff, he's testified as an expert in high profile cases before. IMO, he doesn't get a free pass or handled with kid gloves because he's been on this earth for 85 years. He agreed to testify in this case - - Ashton is trying to get justice for a murdered three year old little girl. With all due respect, that's more important than Dr Spitz's hurt feelings.

What purpose would anyone have to come and duct tape a skull anyway after it had decomposed?? Why would Kronk do that? The theory is so ridiculous it just reeks and puts KC one step closer to the death penalty.

lmao so the person who moved the body knew to bring duct tape because they were going to move the body. so the lay person happened to know the skull would fall apart and they were able to put it back together like a puzzle

Because it was extremely important that the mandible was found with the skull but it didn't matter that the rest of the skeleton was spread across an acre of land????
