HHJP: "I want both sides to turn around and look at that clock and tell me what time it is."

When both sides give a different time, HHJP says that it shows that both sides will never agree on anything, and he's mad because the jury's been waiting more than 25 minutes.

Baez's argument includes some unusually personal attacks on prosecutor Jeff Ashton. #CaseyAnthony

Judge: That shows neither side will agree on anything.

Did Baez try to one up Ashton by saying it was a minute later? Yes, indeed!

OMG.....JA 9:25 JA 9:26

Hmmm Hmmmmm That shows me the two of you will never see things the same way.

Coming Saturday they will work a full day.

I think JB purposely gave a different time because he's just argumentative.

Here forward all attorneys are to be here at 8:30 at 9:00 we will start no more will we have this. Each Sat. we will work a full day. Be prepared to have witnesses to be here to testify a full day.

Judge Perry says all attorneys must be in court at 8:30 from now on. They will start at 9:00. "No more will we have this."

Judge: "Henceforth, all attorneys are required to be here at 8:30."
"This Saturday we will work a full day."

The sad, maddening thing is that Baez knows full well that HHJP will allow the witnesses and testimony in order to be fair to the defendant.

As for sanctions after trial, he could give a flying fig as he has no intention of practising law after the trial anyhow. He wants to be a TV star.

Therefore he loves another opportunity to stand up there, smirk and grandstand.

I truly despise him.
