Ah, Dr. Eiklenbloom? showed up yesterday, he had a report with no opinions in it that was given to the State previously. Now since the smackdown he showed up at SA saying he was ready to be deposed. He was turned away because he had never even submitted a report with opinions, he then submitted a report and the State plans to depose him on Tuesday and is preparing a sanctions request against the DT. State also suddenly got a 42 page powerpoint disclosed by the DT.

Not really, I didn't watch, had other things going on.

Dr. Werner Spitz was on for the Defense. Jeff Ashton decimated him on the stand after he said the duct tape was placed on the remains after it was skeletonized - that it was never on the facial tissue at all. That is one of the many many very strange things. He also said Dr. G. did a "shoddy" autopsy because she did not cut open the skull. The nonsense kind of went on and on.
Seriously - it is a must watch. My initial reaction wasn't meant to sound snarky - it was such an event I actually thought you were kidding.

Somewhat on time today because I finally figured out how to set the timer on the coffee machine and fresh coffee was waiting for me when I woke up..... Looooove modern technology.

I take it the witness that was let go Saturday is not going to be taking the stand first thing today as His Honor had stated?
