Oooo! JA hammering the sanctions subject again! Eikenbloom showed up for deposition and has submitted virtually no prior report. JA just received a huge powerpoint presentation of what he wants to put on. This is going to get nasty.

Ooooo, Oh....a sanctions package will be put together for now Dr. Eikenbloom is prepared to testify but they didn't depose him, for he only gave a half page report with nothing to offer, is my interpetation....and now Baez is using him, so more abusing by the defense...

Now Baez is trying to talk his way out of it...Eikenbloom did the touch DNA on Caylee's clothing...no results or not the results the DT wanted or expected...Baez is trying to clean this mishap up...again..
