Baez is saying the the state is refusing to dispose defense witnesses, the state says that they need to see what the witness is going to say (testify to) before they can dispose a witness.

Dr. Werner Spitz was on for the Defense. Jeff Ashton decimated him on the stand after he said the duct tape was placed on the remains after it was skeletonized - that it was never on the facial tissue at all. That is one of the many many very strange things. He also said Dr. G. did a "shoddy" autopsy because she did not cut open the skull. The nonsense kind of went on and on.
Seriously - it is a must watch. My initial reaction wasn't meant to sound snarky - it was such an event I actually thought you were kidding.

And JB got spanked by HHJP. Definite must watch. :innocent:
