Lots of deep sighing among the attorneys on both sides. This #CaseyAnthony trial has become very personal for both sides.

Lighting just struck TWICE!!!!!!

Kudos to Judge Perry for being even handed with both attorneys and making the attorneys feel like little school children.

JA didn't do anything to be made to feel like a school child, he has always been very professional and fair to the DT... now on the side,well.................

I tuned in late this morning and for a minute there I thought they'd started "WWF Monday Night Raw" early this week - what a smackdown!

I have NO idea how HHJP can remain so calm. If I were in his place, I would be climbing the walls.

If I was in his place someone unusual would be pressing a bag of frozen peas to his bruised nose.

Holy cow! The next time I oversleep on a MOnday, will you guys PLEASE yell at me and wake me up! I almost missed this! Holy cow.

Judge: "...one would surmise that if someone violates a court order, with impunity..."

(Sorry I can't type faster!)

  • #430
This is a smackdown of epic proportions.

  • #431
At the conclusion of this trial, judge will deal with violations that have occurred.

JMO, JB looks sick.

HHJP going to send this to the FL Bar after the trial?

  • #434
WOW - CJBP says the Florida Bar can deal with this! :gavel:

  • #435
Was it Saturday or yesterday JB sent the expert to JA?

  • #436
Yes there has been gamesmanship and quite evident there is a friction between attns. That is something the FL bar will deal with at the conclusion of this trial this court will deal with violations that may or may not have occured. Not going to deal with this now. As to the request of State to defer testimony will GRANT!

Short day on Wednesday.

Perry says this may be a precedent setting issue to exclude witness due to constant violation of court orders.
