HJBP: in orders required expert witnesses list all opinions they will give
- orders quite clear to me - this court does not make threats - court simply apply the rules - Court on Saturday put in corner - Fla did not close the door if someone repeatedly violate orders of the court leaves the door open - never been a case where finale sanction upheld but one would summarize if one continually violates court order whether court powerless - yes gamemanship in this case and friction between attorneys - that is something the Fla bar will deal with - this court will deal with this at conclusion of this trial - request of State I will defer testimony of Dr. Rodriguez-
