Because dogs do not bury such rare finds in the area they are discovered, they take them back to their own turf or stash area and bury them. Apart from which canine bite marks would be all over the bone and we would know all about it.

I don't understand why everyone thinks that a dog possibly burying a bone is so outragious???? It is the SA theory that this was a trash dump site. Dogs do hunt out such site and dogs do bury bones. It is also the SA theory and evidence that the bones were scattered BY ANIMALS. What is so outragious?

In my opinion, I think that once Baez realized that the case was beyond repair, he decided to focus his attention on trying to obtain a mistrial. I think that he is so pompous that he isn't even concerned if he is disbarred because he has made a name for himself with this trial.

JB is incredulous. Especially about JA. He HAS to get in a dig that JA might have been rude.

TBH you are correct. But both sides have been engaging in this types of gamesmanship (JA and JB).

I know everyone here loves the prosecution and hates the defense but I take an objective view. An example of the prosecution's games was Ashton's comment about Baez's texting. I am sure that I need give no examples to the memebrs of this board of Baez's gamesmanship.


Both sides should just cut this out

IMO, this is not the doctor's fault, it's Baez's for not keeping him in the loop. I'm disgusted, and now he's trying to blame his own witness' wife.

I would be livid if I were Dr E. He has flown in from Holland, hung around for a few days, without any reports from the FBI on which to base his opinions, told to hop on over to do an unscheduled depo with JA, was then abruptly sent away... he is being made to look like a doofus by JB and once again JB lies to weasel out of not being prepared, and perfectly willing to lie to the Court re what his witnesses have been asked to submit opinions on. He is unbelievable.

Yep, lots of animals not often associated with Orlando. Heck, I was at a four way stop yesterday with a horse/rider and watched a tractor trailer wait for a family of chickens to cross the road yesterday before he could move once his light turned green.
