JB should just shut up and stick to defending his client, every time he opens his mouth he inserts foot and opens the door a little wider for the SA, which is great for us but come on he is being paid to defend her.

BUT 911 was called immediately and the grandfather administered CPR - guess the DT decided to leave THAT PART out.

She truly is devious. If she presents the story as it actually happened to the other inmate, it doesn't seem believable if/when GA denies it. Why would he claim not to have done CPR? But if she asserts that GA simply berated her, and by implication pressured her not to administer life saving measures or call 911, ...well, that paints him as self-interested if he lies.

If they're unable to look at the computer data on their own on the day that's significant for their defense without prompting from the state they're certainly selling Casey out.

JOse saying he said the exact hour is unknown in the OS,,

So he didn't bother to look at the computer records to find out what time Casey could have been finding a dead baby??
