I keep listening to Jb as i think he may have some good points/reason to recall these witnesses, however even on the off chance he did have some bombshell material i think i'd miss it as he seems all over the place and so unprepared :(

I know some are asking for picture in picture, but I agree this is a good link. I posted this pic to show how my desktop looks for trial viewing. I have three windows open and mute the Casey Cam window.

www.wftv.com/caseyanthony/caseytriallive1/index.html

www.wftv.com/caseyanthony/caseytriallive2/index.html

OR www.wdbo.com/caseyontrialvideo/ syncs up well and doesn't have commercials.

what is baez trying to prove... that there was a hair in KC's trunk that had been buried on soil or under water for a month before finding its way into her trunk? Im so not sure what his point is.

That would squash the theory that Caylee was in the trunk for 3-5 days. But still, the way he's going about everything is confusing. The jurors haven't followed this case for three years. Imagine how they feel!

JB's questioning of this witness is grueling. He is stumbling over his own questions. I don't know how the jury can follow it.

  • #286
JB wants to bring home the point that there was a miss-identification early on with the banded hairs but we already heard testimony that it was caught and straightened out before reports were made. Hope the jury isn’t getting gerfluffed by all this not-evidence

Continuing his pattern of attempting to run things by the jury that have already been solidly supported and hoping they just aren't paying attention.

:cow:

Is he going to say the unthinkable?? Caylee was buried alive??? :(

  • #288
Good lord, I just now figured out where JB is trying to go with all this.

Honestly, why does he make me work so hard to figure out what point he's trying to make?!

Well can you fill us in. Cause I am sooooooo lost.

  • #289
I don't know if I can take much more of this, JB going in circles.

  • #290
Good Lord! Me thinks JB should have claimed that GA used KC car to transport Caylee's body.

It would have saved weeks testimony.

  • #291
We've already heard this testimony about the experiment/study.

Apparently JB is a glutton for punishment. But thanks <modsnip> Baez. Refresh the jury about the death band hair in the trunk and the duct tape and chloroform etc... :woohoo:

Why do I get the feeling JB is rehashing all this just to drag his feet and buy time as the defense is working on their next phase of their presentation? ie: the non-expert testimonies. Could ICA be pizzed because they received news that the OCSO investigation of Whaley regarding the drowning theory has advanced and has become evidence for the state?? One can only hope. ;)

The jury is paying attention and some are taking notes, but I wouldn't say that they're riveted by this testimony. #CaseyAnthony

OMG. How many times does this guy have to say that INITIALLY the examiner said one thing and then CONFIRMED that he was incorrect and his final conclusion was different. Gee Whiz!!!! I've heard it at least 20 times now. JB just keeps on and on and on like the witness isn't even saying it. He just ignores what the witness says and keeps on with his crap. He's like a child who will NOT take no for an answer. It's like he puts his fingers in his ears and says "la la la la I can't hear you." Unbelievable!!

BBM. Agreed. I'm sure the jury has picked up on that as well.

JB's rehash of the state witnesses makes me think he could not get his own experts/witnesses so this rehash hoping state witnesses will have changed

Then the State will get these same witnesses on recross to reinforce. Redundant! Just like my post.

Maybe a little OT: I know that JB speaks spanish but does anybody know if spanish is his first language or if english is his first language? I wonder sometimes because of the way he phrases certain things.

I have no clue..but I know that he NOW speaks CASEYSPEAK.

Good lord, I just now figured out where JB is trying to go with all this.

Honestly, why does he make me work so hard to figure out what point he's trying to make?!

I think his strategy, if you can call it that, is what my husband likes to call "Baffle 'em with Bullsheet" (only he doesn't say "sheet")...

Even if he is making a point he seems so disorganized.
