Well well well, it appears that this Dr. Logan since not being accepted for anything other than Forensic toxicology..DT has been thwarted..So Dr. Logan CANNOT have an expert opinion of what either Dr. Vass or Dr. Wise did regarding methodology, their results let alone condemn their results:floorlaugh:.....What a waste of time and taxdollars!!:maddening:

Im wondering if this expert in forensic toxicology understands that it is only because of research labs that these forensic labs even have protocols and guidlines to follow to set up their accreditation testings..Its those research labs that ferret out all the issues related to coming up with accurate and uncompromised results??..

Since this man apparantly sits on some board to funds research..He must understand that??? NO??

I agree.

Nevertheless, research labs must still heed stringent methodology protocols so that their findings can be supported scientifically in order to pass peer reviewed scrutiny on any potential publications.

Replication is also an issue with regards to research, otherwise it's considered anecdotal and not scientific.

Having said that, I greatly admire Dr. V and his ground-breaking work, and tend to trust his expert opinion.

Gosh I thought Baez was all over the place with his direct but DS is just as bad IMO.

It's because JA narrowed her intended line of questioning so much by getting the witnesses area of expertise limited to just toxicology. IMHO
