Honestly, I don't know how ANYONE can make sense of things, due to the way the DT is presenting things!

  • #1,702
CM is talking himself into a circle. Considering that the DT has already painted themselves into a corner ....where does that leave them to go???

  • #1,703
i would disallow this.

  • #1,704
So now CM is accusing the investigators of tunnel vision?

  • #1,705
I am so glad that HHBP is pushing that they prove their theory because that means he knows that the state has done their job on proving their charges

  • #1,706
But CM, your client DID know what happened to her daughter and was lying about it - just as they suspected!

THis line of questioning invites jury to speculate about motivation of LE without asking LE what their motivation was (SA)

Mason says it shows investigation only focused on Casey and getting incriminating info from parents. #CaseyAnthony -jfell

Judge asks Mason about relevancy, what it proves/ disproves. #CaseyAnthony -jfell

ohhhhhhh it looks like LE was looking at CA and GA a while back? Hmmm.

I think they figured out early on that they would do/say ANYTHING to protect KC. I don't think they thought GA or CA had any participation except AFTER the fact.

Gosh, it's completely strange that LE would want to bug a house where a toddler went missing, yet wasn't reported for 31 days. I don't know why LE thought something was hinky with that.

WTF is CM trying to show here?

I know where they got that from..The Ainsburg case in FL.The DT brought over the 20/20 special and show it to the A'S.Because the police bugged the Ainsburg house-I m not sure of spelling of other family's name

The first officer was not yet aware of the 3rd phone call when he arrived. But yeah,CA was

That was exactly my point! I always thought her last 911 call was so genuine, now I am beginning to wonder. You would have thought if she was as distraught as she was on the the phone with the 911 dispatcher on the 3rd call, she wouldn't have had the wherewithal to calming pull an officer to the side upon his arrival and tell him that she wants Casey arrested for credit card fraud......No mention of missing car, no mention of first and foremost her missing granddaughter.............:banghead:

Someone needs to ask these officers what CA and GA demeanor was when they arrived on scene.

I am totally lost what exactly is the defense trying to prove here? they are claIMING THAT cAYLEE DROWNED (opps) yet they want to show that LE targetted KC.... well if Caylee really drowned and KC told the truth than LE would not have looked at her at all. I just dont get it at all.

  • #1,714
Stupid phone call! I missed all of that!

  • #1,715
CM, himself, can't even say "the accidental drowning" with a serious face. Very telling

  • #1,717
CM - :tears:

  • #1,719
OMG. CM arguing that the duct tape as a murder weapon was speculation

  • #1,720
So George knowing that Caylee died accidentally in the pool gets involved with Kid Finders and has TES come in to search....makes so much sense to me :P
