If ICA and George covered up a drowning....why didn't they put the ladder the heck away?

They were too busy looking for shoes and socks?

The amazing thing about all of this is the family's tendency to lie will help them pull of this fraud. If everyone in the family claims GA molested ICA but him then the jury will have to consider that more seriously. However, no one will bring charges against GA based on the accusations of proven liars. It is a win win for them.

I don't think it's her either. I wouldn't put it past the DT and CA to stage the picture. I hope the SA can prove Caylee's height from her autopsy and then go back and measure that door. That kid looks way too tall. It does look like a 5 year old.

In an interview, a child was shown playing in one of the bedrooms. I think Cindy said she babysat a friend's/neighbor's child ... this was after Caylee's remains were found...

You can bet something is gonna happen, LA is in the courtroom, GA looks nervous as all get out...like he doesn't feel comfy with what's going on!

And he shouldn't they might move away from Kronk and say that GA intentionally murdered Caylee. Nothing would surprise me.

Can a picture that does not show a face for identification be accepted as evidence?

  • #1,348
Asking CA about marital problems - could he be alluding to those "marital problems" being that CA found out about GA and the molestation?

WFTV says they are going to try and get a copy of this sidebar quickly to see what the DT's new theory is going to be.

  • #1,350
I think JB wants to show marital troubles already to use as GA's reason to cover up -- didn't want to rock the marriage any further.

WFTV just said they're going to get the transcript of THIS sidebar later.
:rocker:

To me, not at all. I've already decided that if I do conclude she's guilty of first degree murder, I probably would go with LWOP. Primarily because I don't believe, at this point, the state has proven premeditated murder.

But again, that's just me. I'm not a juror.

Hmmm - Premeditated can happen in the time it takes to blink an eye in legal thinking.
So ripping off three, or maybe four pieces of duct tape and placing them over a baby's mouth and nose is not premeditated to you?
Or are you thinking there is a possibility the child was dead when that happened and the reason for it just isn't clear?

Ya know everyone... I'm watching all of this unfold and realize how lucky I am. My family is not perfect, but you know something.... we don't lie and make things up, say things that are just obviously not true. We just love each other and go about our lives being normal, treating the people around us well and with respect:twocents:. I need to remember to thank God everyday for the blessings I have in my life.:twocents:

Long sidebar.

I made it back! Yay. lol

I'm hoping for a mistrial.

JA is highly po'd about something... he is shaking his head no looks generally upset. Bet the defense has changed boats, rivers, and paddles (and countries) with their story

Well, the defense can try to change their theory mid-stream all they want...but I know what I heard during their opening statement. You can't simply erase that theory from the jurors minds at this stage of the game.

My guess is in order for defense to get CA back onboard defense had to agree to lead away from the sexual abuse allegations against Lee and GA. jmo

Look at ICA innocently reading whatever as if this doesn't pertain to her.

Judge S saying prayer of thanks he got thrown off case.

Actually, Judge Strickland did not get thrown off the case. He recused himself. I just mention that only because there is a difference.
