Sidebar continues and HHBP asking about what is the defense theory again.....the jurors are not in the courtroom - why not argue this in open court? After all, they formulated a defense and presented it and we are this far into trial - still nothing to support DT theory....interesting how LA and Stan Strickland entered courtroom @ this moment in time

I hate the fact that there is any such thing as a "theory of defense" I've never followed a trial before and naively thought the DT went with what the defendant tells them. It kerfunkles me, that's for sure.

Yes, but when CA returned to her seat, GA acted like a gentleman. He stood up, took her wad of papers in hand, and hung his head in a hangdog manner. He plays her hand servant, act or reality...go figure?

Not buying it that Caylee was on the high end of the growth charts either. As small as ICA is, she would more than likely be on the lower end. I hope any of the jurors that have kids and tracked their growth charts will see it this way also.

I think they either staged it or had it photoshoped.

I edit photos a lot, and if you change the aspect ratio and save the photo not in proportion, but let the length be longer than photo was actually taken, the subject will be longer. It's easy to do.

Ya know everyone... I'm watching all of this unfold and realize how lucky I am. My family is not perfect, but you know something.... we don't lie and make things up, say things that are just obviously not true. Went back through the transcripts:

CIndy said in testimony during LDB questioning that ladder was up June 17th. She then said it could have been the 16th or 17th under cross. She had earlier told Yuri Melich that the ladder incident was "sometime in early June".

About the doors: implied that Caylee couldn't/didn't open them. She couldn't unlock them.

And didn't she also say something about safety devices on the doors? Or was that GA?
