If a mistrial happens does this mean the whole trial gets a total restart? Does she think that means she'll be acquitted with a new jury? What is she thinking?

And where in the world will they find a jury who knows nothing of this case, and who does not believe she is guilty.

Ann Finnel has filed a motion for mistrial based on a recent opinion from a federal case. The motion asks for a new jury to be seated that is not death penalty qualified.
