Wake me up when he's done, k?

The more important question Mr. Mason is why your client would sit silent in jail for 3 years IF this was an accident. The jury will call BS on this!

Ok this is worse than Chinese water torture.

Eat, watch, eat, watch, iron, eat, watch, nap, watch, eat, eat, rat, clean spit, crumbs off keyboard, eat, pluck eyebrows.

I've got carp done today that I haven't done in years.

You spelled iorn wrong.

I had to leave towards the end of JB, and have only caught about 20 min. of CM. I have to say, he seems a lot more competent than JB, and it's making me a little nervous.

CM: "Why in the world would a man sit silent for 4 months?"

How about 3 years? While in jail? Charged with murder 1?

  • #728
Unbelievable!

Look at how slanted the choices are in favor of not guilty.

They're missing the top half of the board:

* GUILTY
* REALLY GUILTY
* REALLY, REALLY GUILTY.
* SO GUILTY IT'S LAUGHABLE
* BLINDINGLY GUILTY
* SO GUILTY SHE DESERVES THE DEATH PENALTY! (my favorite).

lol, JB had his moments today. I was impressed. And then comes CM and well.......he just shot JB in the foot.

I agree, and as usual they don't know when to stop.

Why would your client sit silent for 3 years?

Because she was guilty?

  • #731
This is unjust torture for the jury. Even ICA and poor Jeff Ashton are falling asleep. CM said this wouldn't take long.
:banghead::banghead::banghead:

He lied? Tell me it isn't so.

  • #732
My eyes are drooping. I can't fight myself anymore. Must.take.nap. Hopefully I will wake up just in time for prosecution to come back.

JA is falling asleep, too.

Where is Linda? Is she at the table or in a conference room working on her closing?

  • #734
werner spitz, much? LOL

I am seriously expecting CM to say, "Please believe me!" just like Spitz did on the stand.

  • #735
I do hope they recess for the night. I want them to be fresh for LDBs rebuttal.

  • #736
Good point, perhaps wear them out thoroughly to the point of near coma, won't hear a thing she says.

hope she gets to wait until morning now

"Blah blah blah blah blah." --Jose Baez.

For those of you shaking your egg timers, wondering what is wrong with them...earlier-HHJB told the defense to go ahead and take as long as they need.

They are capitalizing on that as is their right....sigh

If the bus everyone was tossed under moves as slowly as the DT's closing... in this case- they all had plenty of time to get out with out a scratch...

  • #739
I hope LDB really rubs the "bag of bones" comment in JB's face. JB accused SA of emotional appeal. That is a whole lot better than referring to Caylee's remains as a bag of bones.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: I needed that!
