I'll say the same thing I said yesterday: To believe that Casey is not guilty of murder, you have to believe that the body naturally settled into a manner where the duct tape was over Caylee's face, or that someone placed that duct tape on there after death but managed to not get their DNA on the tape (when the FBI did).
The only feasible non-guilty explanation is that Casey staged the body to look like Caylee had been kidnapped and murdered. She did this a couple of days after Caylee died. Obviously not true, or they would have tried that.
