7/23/2010 Lisa and Hank Croslin Arrested

  • #281
You could be right, I would imagine it is in impound. But since LP bought them the car for somewhere around $3,000, I really think Timmy and Chelsea will come to snatch it up. The impound wouldn't be more than a couple hundred dollars, and they are getting a decent car for that to run the kids to school and Timmy to work etc.

I think we will learn somewhere this weekend that Timmy and Chelsea did head to Satsuma where the aligators crawl and a little girl named Haleigh dissappeared without a trace.
JMO

Timmy will probably send someone..He will be afraid they will lock him up.

I'm seeing bashing and poking fun of the Croslins. I'm seeing name variations and I am disappointed that it has gotten this far.

Either we post responsibly or we don't post at all. I really wish I didn't have to keep saying the same things so this is the last time.

We don't refer to Tommy and Misty and Bubba and Sissy..... we don't call names, no we don't call them fools nor do we say they are dumb....

Maybe LE is predicting Timmy will come to town .... hmmm - was wondering what LE's next step was going to be. Quite interesting if true.

I don't understand why LisaC didn't just swallow the crack. $20 is NOT going to make you OD or anything. Maybe she was hoping LE wouldn't notice something thrown from the car?

Poor Lenny, just trying to help out someone that appeared to need help and gets burned - I know the feeling! Story of MY life.

I think the Croslin's should let Lyndsy and kids use the car while they are off on vacation - ooops! I mean probation - ooops!! I mean in jail.

I'm curious, would the crack be wrapped in tin foil and be easy to swallow? I was stuck not knowing what I would do if I was in their situation and your're right, swallowing the crack would work unless LE set a camera up in the crack house and recorded the exchange between Hank and the UC cop.

This incident reminds me of the fairytale, Little Red Riding Hood, where the Big Bad Wolf wants to capture and eat Little Red Riding Hood so he stuffs granny in the closest and disguises himself before LRH shows up. Was there more than one drug dealer in the house and did LE arrest them and cart them off to jail before H&L arrived?

It is best to prepare yourself to handle the worst case scenarios in any event. For example, when you go for an interview, they ask how you would handle this different situations to test your problem-solving skills, judgement, and ability to handle stress.

I hear ya, Grand........but to be fair, Lisa calls Tommy and Misty that :)

Even if one of them would have swallowed the crack LE would have had the probation officer call her/him in for a drug test. What boggles my mind is that everyone that is in jail now knew LE was watching them and they still did what they did. It was like trying to take a big steak bone away from a big mean dog...go ahead and try but don't complain when you get bit.

Today I was thinking about Hank Sr saying he couldn't find a job (to Misty) and blaming this missing child as the reason.
I believe one calls it Denial - always blaming everything and everyone else for one's problems. I think it is time he takes a long, hard look at "himself" - his mugshot photo is a valid reason why no one would want to hire him alone (not even judging him based upon his arrest record) - his appearance is very telling.
He could be the very best at what he does, but who would allow someone obviously under the influence of drugs or alcohol to perform any work for them? Liability, risk, trustworthy, etc. - He needs to clean up his dang act!!!!!!!!! (and I used to think he was a fairly good looking man!)

When she called in the 911, she did a similar thing. She started to explain about herself sleeping, the door open and she says, "I think....hesitates...and adds, "Our daughter is missing". I wonder what she was going to say after "I think". I think is not a very strong or urgent way of stating a child was abducted.

The 911 call started the ball rolling, from word one it was lie, lie, lie... I've never heard such an unbelievable 911 call. About now, if that ball of lies is let loose, everyone in that family is going to be bowled down -

If just one person would start being honest and spilling everything they know about the night Haleigh disappeared. Just one - it will either make everyone of them shut up in awe or everyone of them will try to work the best deal possible.

A five year old child did not walk out into the night after taking off/changing her shirt, unlocking and propping a door - it didn't happen! As much as Misty claims not to know what went on that night, she knows more than she will tell - I wish someone would tell her; the truth may very well set her free - especially if she had nothing to do with Haleigh's disappearance and the pill sale was as much of a set up as it appears.

On the other hand if Misty got high and allowed someone to take Haleigh or let's say Haleigh wet the bed and Misty in a drug hangover went ballistic on her - drug charges are easier to swallow than the needle she could get for beating a child to death. :cow:

Yes but that is their family name. Unless we are quoting from a vid Using it here is not appropriate especially if it is in a way which is pointing at them in a negative way. Thanks.

Wait a sec..Amber and Nay aren't locked up. They are all that's left of the Haleigh case, no?

No, there is still TN, AS, TN's brother (who is my prime suspect in this whole thing), Ronalds father...

It is amazing that Donald and Lester/Jack have skated under our radar for this long and both have considerable rap sheets. Wonder if there isn't more to explore there? :waitasec:

This might just be a silly thought I had while I was looking at the pics of Hank Sr and Lisa all shackled at tommy's sentencing, but I wonder if the timing and reason they got themselves arrested was to be able to show up in the courtroom - in the shape they were in, facing their own drug charges- to make a display to the judge what type of parenting the kids had, hoping to get some leniency for tommy (and misty coming up next) from the judge?

So shes out?

That's what I thought at first, but the 'closed case' is the coke possession charge which really confuses me because that's the one that showed her bail was paid on. If her VOP charges haven't been closed I would think she is still in jail...but I don't know...I'm so confused. :banghead:

  • #300
Sorry, didn't mean to add more confusion!

Lisa is still in jail on her violation of probation charges on her theft and forgery cases. Those cases have been re-opened. Her next court date is 8/17 on her VOP's.

Her bond is showing posted on the cocaine charge 8/5/10 because that is the day the case was dropped.

Hope that explains it better. :)
