Sounds like he credibly shot down Oberg’s analysis (no pun intended)At least Oberg used the weapon for her analysis. Sheesh.

It's the most logical deduction based on the witnesses' digital evidence, the camera evidence from the Hoosier Harvest Store, the digital evidence from one of the victims', and RA's original statements to Dan Dulin five days after the murders' were committed.
I apologize if this has been asked/mentioned…I have fallen behind. I’ve heard KA had stepped out midday (maybe Friday? Guessing) and hasn’t come back since. Is this still the case? Also heard that the daughter testified but would not make eye contact with RA and KA was not there during this either.
IF she has not come back, are there any theories as to why not or has anything been said?

Even Oberg couldn’t get consistent marks when comparing cycled unspent cartridges.RSBM
Especially so if your test results in the same markings showing up ....
The Defense isn't stupid, but I don't believe the Jurors are either.
bbm YEPPERS, and I believe that is exactly why Defense did not want their expert to conduct his own tests.RSBM

Richard Allen most assuredly did not report to police that he was Bridge Guy.All my opinion.
Jumping off your post @shonyakay to add my point. Richard Allen has not testified, so it is correct that no one has testified as of yet. However Richard Allen, himself, reported to DD that he is BG when he gave the time he arrived at the trails, what he was wearing, and the witnesses he passed confirm this. The witnesses he passed confirmed they recognized BG as the person they passed.
The witnesses saw an image of BG, the witnesses recognized BG as the person they passed as they were leaving and he was arriving. RA confirmed BG was him. MOO
You asked the question, and I linked the answer. Kinda sounds like you already had your own answer there though and that's fine. Thanks for your thoughts. Agree to disagree.I doubt the information would be confusing to the jurors if explained well by the experts... I think this is the State being desperate to allow anything that might show RA as possibly not guilty to the jurors. Moo. Appeals are going to be hella interesting if there is a conviction. MOo.
@Niner,
Here's BB's testimony today. I will try to locate her testimony via State, and post that as well.
Defense then called Betsey Blair, a witness who told police she saw “Bridge Guy”
Blair said the prosecution did not ask her what car she was driving on Feb. 13, 2017, earlier in the trial.
She testified that she went to the trails near the Monon High Bridge on Feb. 13, 2017, and then left after a while. She returned to the trails at 1:45 p.m. and left for good at 2:15 p.m.
Blair told the court she left Mears entrance and turned left. She saw wone car in the CPS lot. It had been backed into a parking spot and its front was pointing toward the county road. She said the car was not a bright color like red or yellow.
Defense attorney Andrew Baldwin asked Blair if it was not a black car. She said she didn’t recall.
Baldwin handed Blair a statement she made on April 2, 2019. In the statement, she says the car could not have been black.
Blair said she only saw the side of the car and couldn’t tell if it was a hatchback, adding that she even drew the profile of the car for police.
The jury was then shown a defense exhibit — Blair’s drawing of the car.
The defense ended its questioning and cross-examination began at 9:30 a.m.

That’s Judge Gull’s catch-all rationale for a lot of her rulings against the defense.I doubt the information would be confusing to the jurors if explained well by the experts... BB is the woman who walked down the trail wearing her fitbit, observed BG on the first platform, then turned to continue her walk and passed by Abby & Libby on their way to the bridge.
BB is the last indvdual to see those young ladies before their killer kidnapped them from that bridge and brutally murdered them.
Richard Allen most assuredly did not report to police that he was Bridge Guy.
If the data would not be confusing or misleading and was relevant, it would be allowed. The motion in limine quite literally and clearly specifies they only seek to limit irrelevant, confusing, or misleading geofence data.
Wasn’t BB the one who said it was a PT Cruiser or maybe a hatchback?Okay, where is the mention by BB of a Mercury car that the defense leaners claim she said?
yep, it's in black and white, right there in the order. And yet we continue to hear it spun that the judge is allowing suppression of all data.it’s remarkable how successful the Due Process gang have been at misleading on this.
Wasn’t BB the one who said it was a PT Cruiser or maybe a hatchback?
@arielilane thank you for answering @Niner . I had to run out.@Niner,
