Welcome back to the Delphi Murders discussion thread.

On the afternoon of Feb. 13th, 2017, best friends Abigail Williams and Liberty German were dropped off at a bridge in the town of Delphi. On Feb 14th their bodies were discovered around noon about 50 feet from the north bank of Deer Creek which is about 0.5 miles from the bridge.

Richard Allen has been arrested and charged with the murders of Abby and Libby

Libby German took a video of her killer. She captured his location, clothes, walk and voice! When her friend Abby said, “Don’t leave me!” She didn’t. Libby said someday she is going to help police solve crimes, she did.” She is a hero!

My opinion follows. Count me as the 13th juror to vote guilty. The jury heard the testimony, saw the evidence, and came to the most fundamentally sane conclusion. I truly believe social media, the whole gamut, was way off base in terms of reality in this entire case, and in that courtroom. 12 jurors sat through all the prosecution and defense had to offer. They took what they were given and found him guilty. I concur.

Abby and Libby, two most beautiful young ladies, brutally murdered...though we never met, I feel as though I've known them.

May peace be with their families and loved ones.

I'm less worried regarding appeals than I was about verdict. The Prosecutors and KG from the MS and a couple of other legal experts that I have trust in (meaning they usually opine close to what I see being played out in the cases I follow) have offered that JG is almost always ruling textbook rulings when it comes to D vs P. In fact KG disagreed that there was cause to allow RAs "holding conditions" to be shown while the more recent videos of him threatening guards were not shown to the jury. He said this was the only decision a third party could find questionable.

I was way more doubtful that 12 ppl could understand the tool mark evidence and the data of the timeline, than I am that SCOIN will reject the appeals.

I truly believe had Odinism been introduced, the jury would have reached the same conclusion, only more quickly. The ritual angle was ludicrous, especially when compared to the much more likely motive of sexual assault.
