Welcome back to the Delphi Murders discussion thread.

On the afternoon of Feb. 13th, 2017, best friends Abigail Williams and Liberty German were dropped off at a bridge in the town of Delphi. On Feb 14th their bodies were discovered around noon about 50 feet from the north bank of Deer Creek which is about 0.5 miles from the bridge.

Richard Allen has been arrested and charged with the murders of Abby and Libby

This latest tale with RD just is so ignorant. Why on earth would he only send these 7-8 letters to just the prosecutor? Why not the defense as well? On top of that, AB claims the whole RD thing "slipped through the cracks" after the 2024 meeting as he was working on his Odinism masterpiece (per DD latest interview - my paraphrasing except the quoted portion). To boot, RD never once bothers to contact AB for the remainder of 2024? Really? Sorry, just not buying what’s being unloaded into the fan by AB’s manure spreaders.

It is frustrating. Defence Team was in direct comms with RD as they as subpoenaed him to appear at 3 day hearings and at the trial. October 2024 - subpoenaed for November trial. They were in contact with him obviously. That Motion To Transport was GRANTED by Gull. RD knows he's going to the trial to appear on behalf of the Defence.

But RD just happens to not let the defence know what he is sending the prosecution? Or what he's hearing? It, like the Franks, is laughable. But it gives the Defence Team 'plausible deniability'. LOL as if this game wasn't so obvious and their 'witness' being so obviously unreliable and impeachable.

RD is a convicted fraud and liar. Who, by the Defence's own prior filing, absolutely failed his polygraph test (yeah, I know - not admissable) which is obviously LIES because the clothing was not burned etc as he claimed. Given the clothing was presented as exhibits at trial and photographed at the scene, he oviously LIED - even without those poly results.

Yet, he's now their ride or die. Good luck with that. As their ride or die - why did the Defence NOT call him as their 'show proof' or as a witness? Because they already knew all the answers to the above.

Somehow though, it's still all Gull's fault. That is soooooooo old. Gull rules on what the defence and prosecution present to her and to the court. Full stop. Choose not to call RD at the hearings or at the trial and bring no new evidence to her or the court, then do not be surprised whe she rules against you. Full stop.

That's a Defence Team problem and failure. Not Gulls. Ricky should be thankful to now be done with this Defence Team crew who have played this trial only in attempts to benefit themselves for clicks and their personal longings of being the next Dream Team. They are utter failures.

And nary a once has any of the 'RA is innocent crowd' ever held the Defence Team to account for their own shenanigans or failures; rather, they project it all onto Gull. Shameful. Zero personal responsibility or accountability. All IMO of course.

Yeah - AB was on DD painting him out to be a sacrificial lamb now living in fear & being moved to a safer location, presumably away from KK. I stopped listening once AB was claiming the RD side of things fell through the cracks for 10-11 months. Sure, Andy.

If KK knew anything about those murders, he likely would’ve used that info for reducing his CSAM charges. Zero to gain from fessing up to RD (found out it’s evidently pronounced REECEE, go figure).

Reecee cup better open a confessional with all the inmates he has coming to him with info - he might get out in the next 5-10 with the doozies that are passing into his ears.

No joke. Evidently he didn’t think too far past the end of his nose. Didn’t take KK long to allegedly deny RDs claims to a YT content creator, so I can’t blame him for being upset if someone might be lying & dragging him back into that story, particularly when no evidence existed of him being in Delphi that day or night.

He should have stuck with just bringing up and lying about the deceased individual ... who couldn't speak up for himself or do anything about it. Good thing the physical evidence proved otherwise as did the facts of the case.

I doubt this guy will ever learn - his lying and fraud is exactly why he's locked up in the first place. I imagine that if he's moved, he still won't be off the hook. Ooopsie.
