Wow, I can't believe this request was put in writing and leaked to the public...strange. I wonder if this Miami lawyer is doing an end run around Baez but he can't get through to him otherwise. At least this guy see's the writing is on the wall and he is trying to get his client (she is his client, right?) a deal of some sort. I don't understand any of this anymore, it is all so convoluted.

The association to susan smith I believe is appropriate but the association to Andrea yates...not so much. Andrea Yates has a serious documented psychiatric disorder, that woman was insane and if a defense of insanity doesn't apply to andrea yates than it doesn't apply to anyone.

I recently watch a documentary about life in prison and they had an entire cell block for people with a "protected" status. They housed those that they felt would be in danger in general population together in this block. These inmates did not socialize with the rest of the prison. They ate at different times, went out in the yard at different times, etc. than the rest of the general population. The inmates actually had to request to be put there and be able to prove that they were endangered. They housed people such as child predators, homosexuals, and those who refused to join a prison gang or wanted out of a prison gang.
Baby killers are also ALWAYS segregated - even convicted criminals have children that they love.

OMG Tim is soooo gracious considering the treatment that he has received. He's sure a better person than any of the Anthonys moo

The defense is trying the case in public. Trying to use the media for themselves yet blaming the prosecution for doing EXACTLY what they claim the prosecution is doing. More pot/kiettle

Submitted by defense to prosecution outlining why prosecution should not seek death penalty, in part reads:

"The crime was not cold, calculated and premeditated. In the months leading up to Caylee's disappearance, Anthony's behavior was described by friends and family as "erratic and not entirely rational."

He wrote that filicide – the act of a parent killing a child – is different than other homicides. The underlying reasons why mothers kill are complex and can be divided into various categories. For example, one type is a parent who kills under influence of mental illness. Another type suggests a parent's motive may be to save the child from real or imagined harm.

Juries are more likely to show mothers mercy. He mentioned Andrea Yates – a Texas mother who drowned all five children – was sentenced to life in prison. Susan Smith, the Arkansas mother who pushed her car with her two children inside in a lake, got life in prison.
"

Is this an acknowledgement of Caylee's murder??

ETA: Changed thread title that was my question I was asking per request from mod.

Sounds like it to me ..

IMO, Casey will also learn to live happily in prison.

She's depraved enough to enjoy her infamy.

Remember what someone said about her being like a chameleon ( I think it was JG). She will definitely learn to adapt. And remember the pictures from Fusion-it's a good thing that she looks like she might be into girls as well as boys!:blowkiss::slap:

I know! She hasn't been tried, let alone convicted, yet!

I fell out of my chair and my mouth's still hanging open!

Just got home ..
I'm just at this stage ..

I need a smoke!

i would rather her sit in prison the rest her of life without chance of parole, she is young and i hope she lives a long life in there. she doesnt deserve the death penalty, she needs to suffer.

ok now about the info...
how can they do this whole "maybe" thing without confessing? its like someone with four fingers saying the fifth got cut off, then later saying or maybe i was born with only four. There is no posible way a "maybe" can be in that situation.

The family should disown her, and cindy needs to give a public apology. Then obstruc. charges need to be issued, along with a demand for all the amount of donated money to be returned.

Must not have researched it too much....Susan Smith was in South Caroling and a long way from Arkansas!!!
Typical Baez ..
What an 🤬🤬🤬 ..

Hello my Broward Neighbor - Actually I woudn't mind paying the state to flip the switch on her. If that shuts Cindy up from talking about how Casey is doing the right thing by not talking, I'm all for her going after Eileen.

It definitely does not make her sound like the "mother of the year" Cindy has been describing.

Personally,I am tired of the kind of entitlement afforded "killer moms" as opposed to other murderers. It seems to be assumed that when a "mother" takes her child's life, she must be ill...she suffered abuse...it was an accident. The excuses are stomach turning. (IMO)

I think a woman who kills her baby to "catch a man" is MORE evil than the black widow who kills an old coot for his money. Old coots should KNOW better. Children are innocent.

I totally agree when a mother kills her child thier is no excuse but its even more evil when its for over a man

They included baby photos of KC in this document! (Talk about too little, too late.) I doubt that we'll see one of Caylee in there.

Y'know, I've been wondering where to post about this, and this is probably the wrong thread... That said, I've been wondering about Casey as a young child. I was a preschool teacher for 12 years (happily unemployed, hence my presence daily here:)). In my experience, there are certain kids who are, for lack of a better word, EVIL:eek:. They can come from the best of homes, they can have seemingly "normal" siblings (Lee), caring support system (grandparents, aunts, cousins, etc.). Bad seeds? Who knows? Usually the parents are at their wits end with the lying, thieving, diabolical behavior. And I'm talking 4 YEAR-OLDS! The parents did nothing wrong, why is their child acting and thinking like this? I'm guessing Casey was one of thosekids.

Cindy's statement that Casey graduated from high school was also made under oath. We all know THAT wasn't true.

She also said under oath that JG was the father of Caylee KNOWING full well that was a lie.

If she fought with teachers over Casey's grades, Casey was still in school at the time. What does that have to do with Casey convincing Cindy later that she actually received her diploma? Heck, Casey may have pretended to go to summer school for all we know. We don't, IMO, have enough information to determine whether Cindy lied about Casey graduating or if she was simply misinformed.

JG (under oath): "Her and Casey started having an argument about something, and I stuck up for Casey. I said, 'Please don`t do this while I`m here. Don`t talk to her like that. You know I love your daughter.'"

And then she immediately just throws Casey under the bus, in proverbial terms, just lays her out there, "How do you want to be with somebody who`s got no future? She didn`t even go back to get her high school education. You know, She`s got a -- she got a job at a place where she doesn`t really even make enough money to support Caylee. I`m doing -- I`m the one supporting Caylee."

CA apparently didn't fail to use KC's lack of a hs diploma against her in front of friends before Caylee went missing..

Follow me here;

That paper was written for her to get a lesser charge.
And this was released to seek PITY for possible jurors.
Well Sorry it backfired for the pity. Casey is a Sociopath, she knew what she was doing, accident or not if it was the chloroform because she REASEARCHED IT ONLINE.
So she is NOT mentally disturbed!!!!.
And people are MORE enraged now, after all the LIES about the Anthonys searching for an alive Caylee.
Bottom line, the pity party MIGHT work for the prosecutors, BUT, it WONT work in the publics opinion!
Sorry now Im MAD, doesnt ANYONE care about CAYLEE?
YES Tim Miller, LP, LE and the PUBLIC CARE!
Why oh why doesnt Caylees family care? This poor little girl is being used as a pawn for CASEY! Its disguisting!

Good observation. I have wondered that myself. It didn't help her any by CA covering up and picking up the pieces all her life for her mistakes. That makes an evil child more evil.

There is a book which was required in my abnormal psychology class called "People of the Lie" written by M. Scott Peck, which describes children like that, and the pathology which the parents present to keep that type of child's pathology hidden from others.

My sister in law had severe PPD. She couldn't get off the couch, couldn't eat, became agoraphobic, it was really bad. Her mom had to take care of the baby and the baby's big sister for quite awhile (almost a year?) Maybe it affects everyone differently, but partying? no way!

IMO kc probably learned from a very young age ger mother would cover up for all of her lies.
