Also interesting that police have yet to confirm the remains are those of PB. I mean obviously they are but they haven't formally confirmed that. DNA testing should only take a day or 2.

Yes I thought the vigil interesting as nothing has been confirmed regarding the remains found, unless the police already know and are strategising.

I thought it too soon to have a vigil and celebration of a life that technically has not been confirmed to have ended yet.

But there is so much about grief that is unique to the people experiencing it.

But how would they know the exact location unless they have it on CCTV in which case the arrests would have happened much much sooner. Or they have a confession. Also interesting to load that before the case has even been heard before the court

There is a gravel road that starts at the BMX club and runs almost parallel to airport drive. This exits onto commercial st a block from the day hospital.

The police might not have had any choice, maybe if a murder happens it automatically gets added?

It could be an approximate area, I doubt it happened on the roundabout?

It's a shallow creek, water is shallow enough to drive through. It's surrounded by a 5-10m Ridgeline of bush on both sides in some areas along it. It's fairly hidden from anybody travelling either commercial street or airport Dr and unless you were driving the track you wouldn't see a vehicle in there. I drove the track on Sunday and noticed a few sets of tyre tracks across this creek leading into the scrub. There was no police tape which makes sense if the crime occured in the vehicle and no person exited said vehicle.

Well this brings it back to Samuel Road again and beside McCoys Creek

Right back to the start of where the thread began in theorising where she was !

It defies logic like much of the case

Can't possibly have occurred in the streets
The car would have had blood if she was killed using any sort of weapon eg knife

That leaves what in a car?

The seatbelt?

Was she strangled in TB car by the seatbelt???????????

If she was seated in the front seat, which for me makes complete sense that the police say she was alive in the car , caught on CCTV in that area, then logic tells me she was sitting in the front seat.

Not in the back like JW says in his Gold Interview

I think both could be the case. They got to airport drive, pulled off into the BMX club to find somewhere to (allegedly) attack and murder poor Phoebe and then possibly flee to Samuels to dispose of her in a hurry. They return with clearer heads sometime later to move her to GNSNP.

I just re-listened to the detectives first press conference.

His response is to a question asked about whether he believes PB was ever taken to the airport and his exact words are "our evidence will allege that 3 people arrived near to the airport and 3 people never exited that vehicle". I don't think this means that no one exited the vehicle. I think it means that PB was no longer alive when she exited the vehicle hence not 3 people exiting.

Im taking it as him saying - 3 people were in that vehicle near the airport but by the time the vehicle was exited (wherever that may be) there were no longer 3 live people to exit the vehicle so only 2 persons exited. Hence "3 people never exited that vehicle"

Samuels Rd seemed to be a heavy focus at the start. I think the CCTV image initially released of the car was from CCTV on Samuels Road?
