I think it’s important for both the house & the community that there’s a reset, and a chance to move on.
Perhaps that will be Phoebe’s legacy.
Despite an apparent challenged life that led her to who knows what, it appears that she was someone who cared, and she pushed forward as best she could.
I think she would want people to see good as opposed to evil, despite the evilness that robbed her of her future.
