Australia Australia - William Tyrrell Disappeared While Playing in Yard - Kendall (NSW) #79

Tony Jones!!!
That was new info right? I don’t remember hearing that before. What was interesting was that after that conversation Jubelin put in the case notes that BS is not likely to be involved and they need to move on.l will say that BS came across quite well. He really could have stuck the boot into Gary but he only had one negative comment near the end

Yes I believe it was new info. I was under the impression BS was dropped as POI because they found someone who remembered him being at the school on the day.
Tony Jones was an interesting choice to use by LE. Raises a few questions.
A couple of interesting bits in that particular podcast episode.

I'm not clear from that article (by GJ's & FFC's solicitor) that GJ told the court that the sister saw that. There's some switching back and forth in those paragraphs between what he 'told the court' and separate narrative.

Some extracts of what the sister told detectives have been made public. In those I've seen, the sister did not claim to see a car, and when asked could not give any reason as to why she thought William had gone to find daddy's car. Going to find a car is different from seeing it and running towards it. The sister did not imply that the car had actually arrived or come into sight or hearing. She did see which way William ran. I think to say she saw William running towards a car is a very loose gloss on what happened. It suited GJ to frame it this way when he was pursuing PS. Perhaps that's how the recollection stuck to him.
Foster mum had had a gut full of them and she herself stated that she said why do t you go see if daddy’s coming. Thing was this is a 3 year old and the front yard doesn’t appear to be fenced? You’d want to have eyes on him in way less than 5 minutes… or was it 15?

Did she state she had a gut full?

It has been reported that FM allegedly told FACS that she was not coping with William only a few days before he disappeared.

She must be regretting making that statement now after what happened to William shortly afterwards IMO.

It just looks bad in these circumstances that she was not looking out for him. Was it 5 minutes or 15 minutes?

Do you have a link to that statement? She said “lm not coping”?

IIRC, it was to do with an interview the FM had with FACS. It was mentioned here back in in 2016:

I believe the words were 'Close to giving up, or giving in' and were written in an email to FACS just before he went missing.

Yes it was “giving in”. It was all cleared up on Dan Box’s podcast. It wasn’t related to William in particular, it was in regards to a disagreement with the bio parents.

The words
“Close to giving up, or giving in” are in quotes in this article…… meaning the whole group of words were used in the email written by the FFC in her email to FACS.

The article is paywalled, but I can share the screenshot…..

William Tyrrell: Behind the silence lies so much pain, and so many questions

The rediscovery of an email appears to explain at least some of this week’s dramatic developments in the William Tyrrell case.

IMO the way it has been reported can mean different things, it depends on the readers interpretation. This has happened so much in this case.

Yes this one of the things that has been misinterpreted for years. Hearing Dan read out the email and replies it was very clear she was talking about the disagreement about visitation. Obviously there were other people and journalists that would have had this whole email but chose not to disclose it because that wouldn’t fit the narrative

In Mr Craddock’s opening, he pins the timeline of William’s disappearance to the photo.

He says: “Five minutes seems to be about right” for the time William was out of his foster mother’s sight “taking into account the time of the last photo”.

Mystery over William Tyrrell photo throws doubt on timeline of boy's disappearance

5min after the last photo was taken at 9:37am so say around 9:45am, this gives the fm almost an hour to conceal a crime if indeed a crime was committed. An hour is certainly considerably longer than the 20min timeframe discussed earlier.
Also as an avid tea drinker I’m forever making myself teas that I leave to cool down before drinking and something I’ve noticed is that while it only takes about half hr for my tea to cool down, my tea will stay somewhat room temperature warm for at least a couple of hours.
