Australia Australia - William Tyrrell Disappeared While Playing in Yard - Kendall (NSW) #79

No matter what awful things had happened, if it was me I would still want my washing machine to be fixed.
Also with the number of people coming and going, LE etc, I would be worried about them walking on the decking.
I would think getting the machine fixed is probably more needed if you think the family is going to be there longer. Not to mention going out searching through bush.

Words and phrases people use aren't confined to what is popular.
I don't know if other people do it, but I take bits of phrases and adapt them to suit myself.

One phrase I have is on a little stained glass hanging disc that says "Every End is a New Beginning"
For me I say "Every Day is a New Beginning"

I like to think that I have a new chance every day to be the person I want to be and a new chance every day to solve whatever problems in my life.

There is the phrase jumping out of your skin. I haven't heard there is anything sinister in that.

I would say the same for bouncing out of your skull.
There are plenty of phrases that contain "out of your/their//his/her skull.
One I found means a feeling of euphoria. Others meaning drunk or crazy.

There isn't some list of phrases that everyone has to stick to

Fgm words while closing her eyes and describing to Detectives what W was doing in that moment. “Bouncing out of his skull in his joy for living.“ That was her last memory of W before he went around the corner and it appears fgm is recalling exactly what she sees. Bounce, Skull, Living

Few things I found interesting from Episode 9 Wicked

That FA said William went missing @ 10am when talking to MP on the phone. How does he know this??

FA's son died of asphyxiation in 1984

FA said GO had a white sedan

FA says police have proof he was in Wauchope from 9:30-10:00 on the morning of the 12/9/14 as he withdrew money from his bank there.

I've often wondered if MP was actually working with the police ( I wasn't there the day for his testimony) so didn't get the chance to suss him out.

FA had a lot of access to information for the inquest. For quite some time.
He tried to point the finger at GO a couple of times including mention of the car.
I think it was him who also mentions DP has a number of vehicles.
Info regarding his son is very limited so I was surprised we even got that much in the podcast. File is sealed in that department.

The statements from "Steve" say that FA got his pension on the Thursday. Presumably meaning that he accessed his money on the Thursday? As the police told "Steve" that FA was their #1 prime suspect, I can't imagine that FA's supposed Wauchope alibi held up.

Some excerpts that were posted here earlier .....

FA got his pension on Thursday 11 Sep 2014 (the day before William went missing) and remembers where he was that day (Thursday) and that he'd stayed at his friend Ray's place that night. FA's phone shows no movement for three days after that.
FA might have driven RP to hospital in RP's car for the 9am start before going to Kendall with a plan of petty theft at FGM's, an idea which possibly might have occurred because his friend GO had previously done a quote to repair the deck there.
FA claimed that he couldn't drive, but that was a lie. FA also claimed to have never been in Benaroon Drive, but he told Steve about specific entrances and exits to the road, and also knew about a traffic camera near Kendall.
When police visited Steve to get some background information on FA, they said FA was "the No.1 prime suspect".
Steve thinks FA is a "master liar" who always says it's somebody else's fault.

Government minister? Religious minister? Non-listener here.

You don't have to actually listen, you can read the AI generated transcripts on omny.fm ... and if you can wade your way through them (some seem AI non-sensical), you can get the gist of the episodes and/or then listen to the portions that you find of interest.

This is the main omny.fm page with links to all of Dan's Witness podcast episodes (with transcripts).

I’m surprised people are assuming anything about the police’s abilities at this point.

Oh yes thank you. I only saw the moving transcripts before, where if it's a one-hour podcast it takes an hour to look at the transcript a small piece at a time.

I have to say SthAussie that your theory about FA having a plan to rob fgm house is rather far fetched. 48 Benaroon Drive is a dead end street. The locals are elderly and usually home during the day. For a man that had trouble walking it doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to chose a house to rob in such a location. We know FA is a disturbing perverted sick human being but your scenario has to make some sort of sense and I don’t believe it does. RP car was captured on camera in Port Macquarie on the 11th September, the day before W went missing and also in the days after the 12th. If FA took RP car from the hospital to Benaroon Drive cameras would have captured the car during its travel as they had on previous occasions.

that's not SouthAussie's theory, that comes directly from "Steve", FA's friend, on the 7News Investigates program

Right. So this is the same Steve whose true identity is suppressed by a court order. I wouldn’t count on him being a reliable source of information. His words are purely speculation not facts and I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a criminal record of sorts. And to add to that police have proof that FA was where he said he was the morning of the 12th.

I don't think it is the police who are saying they have proof of where Abbott was that morning. Those are the words from the consummate liar.

I doubt that the police would have been searching around his residence, 6 years later, if he had a provable alibi.

Mr Abbott was reportedly unable to provide an alibi ....

Investigators are focusing on an area near an old saw mill, where convicted paedophile Frank Abbott lived in a caravan at the time of the toddler's disappearance in September 2014.
Armed with brush cutters and spades, officers and SES volunteers also spent hours cutting through thick bush around Walkers Creek next to an old train line.

For a man that had trouble walking ....

He didn't have trouble walking. It was established a long time ago that he was known to walk a lot. (As well as use other people's cars)

Here are a couple of posts that reference FA's walking, You may have to search further to find the link for the info, as I don't have time at the moment. But it was said by witnesses that FA walked a lot. I think it is probably among the posts from the earlier days of the inquest.
