That’s the one thing I cannot do after today. i can’t hear her talk anymore. She is pure evil. Someone on the Hidden True Crime podcast tonight said that if Lori testifies, the prosecution can ask her about her prior bad acts and convictions. I didn’t think that was possible.
Yes it is. The judge heard a motion on this and was deciding whether it should cover 2 or 3 murders (I recall that the state wanted all three). I’ll have to go back and see whether a decision was made. This would only apply if Lori testified not if she mounted a defence calling other witnesses.

i was again disappointed in the Judge. Once she said she wasn’t presenting witnesses nor testifying, I agree with the prosecutor that the jury should have been brought back for LVD to rest her case in front of them. Judge wanted to do closing arguments tomorrow - can’t figure out how he went from that to if you change your mind before Monday let me know. What? I don’t think she will as I think this was her plan and she’ll try to appeal based on not being allowed to present her witnesses because she was locked up and couldn’t get the subpoenaed and missed some deadlines and its not fair and all that - won’t work - but I do think that was her plan from the last pre-trial hearing when the judge reminded her that he would have allowed a continuance but she insisted on speedy trial. But what he was thinking today when he left the door open for her to change her mind escapes me.
He probably thinks that she won’t be able to help herself, and will decide to mount a defence.

MOO, is that she probably wasn't surprised. And she didn't want to consider divorce. So, delete it and ignore anything that doesn't "fit" the perfect fantasy marriage. That poor gal had plenty of practice at it. CD as a self publisher, after he annoyed Deseret Book. CD doing sales, being a gravedigger...a job she got for him! TD had been working for the City of Springdale, before CD became the gravedigger for the city cemetery.

I am pretty sure that the move to Idaho was partially to get TD away from her family.
I certainly don't think Tammy thought she had a good marriage, let alone a perfect one. She probably thought that Chad was just being Chad, she had no reason to think that this time it was dangerous. And she may well have agreed to a divorce if Chad had asked. But of course that wasn't the plan.

I had recently commented that I had read Duncan's testimony from a prior trial and was impressed by him but questioned that since he was with the case that he also dropped the ball.
It was good to hear that he entered the case later on and had been working on another case when CV was killed.
He went to LVD's house to see the crime scene and that was all.
He did just fine, actually more than fine.

I may have missed it but I was waiting to hear if there was any significance, especially Mormon Book significance to the number "24".

this is what google AI says ( I have no idea what it means);
In the Book of Mormon, the number 24 is significant, particularly in relation to judgment and leadership. For example, King Noah's court had 24 judges, and 24 individuals survived the final destruction of the Nephites. Additionally, the number 24 is associated with the number of plates of Ether and the Nephite disciples who will judge the world in the final judgment.

She has nothing to lose. Shes not going anywhere. Is she going to assert she was framed? I mean there was Charles in July, the kids in September, Tammy in October and Alex dies in December. What I don’t understand and I am hoping you can help me is why the prosecution did not show Charles talking to police about Lori or why the jury didn’t hear Chads phone call to the funeral home about Charles? There’s so much more.

I can be really critical in these cases but this prosecutor feels lame to me. It’s as if she hated being assigned this case and wants it over with.

I remember the Jodi Arias case and how Juan Martinez went toe to toe with her. It’s a shame he is no longer prosecutor in Phoenix. He was awesome. I know he was disbarred for conduct but I’m just saying, I loved the guy.

Her thinking was spotlight and enjoyment. Lori is not like any human being. She is evil personified. She has no conscience. All she has is a spit fire temper wanting to tell the world Chad loves her and they will be exonerated. After all, the dead were all dark, expendable.

I do like the judge. He likely goes home with a headache every night. He knows she’s crazy like a fox. He likely goes from wanting to laugh out loud at her to wanting to get up and slap her. When she is convicted, or if, I’m guessing he will tell her what a disgrace she is.

Chad told Julie Rowe in 2018 not to visit him any more because of Tammy's jealousy. In mid-2019 Chad skipped a Preparing a people conference due to a "family emergency". IIRC, in early July (or June) of that year Tammy posted the last pics of her and Chad together on fb. If in July, it would have been after receiving the letter from Charles. IMO Tammy likely saw signs of Chad's infidelity but perhaps thought she was stuck with him. She must have thought he didn't have the guts to divorce her. Perhaps some of his children didn't have too much of a problem with accepting Lori because they knew that his marriage had been dead for a while. For example, they would know if Tammy and Chad slept in separate bedrooms.

As to the bat, let's ask CV. Oh, wait.
Let's ask AlexC. Oh, wait.
Let's ask T. Oh, wait.
All of her, questions of "Did you ask...?" must be vexing to the jury that she and the prosecution are not asking Tylee or JJ. As LVD has already said that Alex is dead, no one would expect his words.

CV entered a home for a pick up with no weapons and was met with two: a bat and a gun.

I can't wait for her to never be seen by the public again. She is so evil.
