British Bella May Culley 18, missing from Thailand, arrested in Georgia, May 2025

Apparently there is a "snake like scar"...
A scar that wasn't mentioned until almost a month later. A scar that lasted about a month but didn't need medical attention...

" Bella Culley, 19, from Billingham, Teesside, who is suspected of smuggling cannabis into Georgia showed a court in Tbilisi a 'snake-like' scar she claims was inflicted in Thailand."

Stupidity thickens. With the hefty amount of footage from CCTV, court, probably also police during the arrest AND Bella's own social media, proving she did not have that scar when she left Thailand and got arrested will be a piece of cake. Her lawyer probably regrets he cannot gag his client with a ductape.

Another contradiction: either she smuggled the drugs unknowingly, or was forced to do it by torture. You cannot have it both ways.

All the prosecution has to do during the trial is put Bella on the stand and she will promptly dig her grave with her own tongue.

I have direct experience providing support to foreigners arrested in Thailand for drug offences (ones that got caught before being able to depart for the receiving country). Quite a few have been subject to a pattern of serous coercion by the criminal smuggling syndicates. The mules know what they are doing, but in many cases it's not entirely voluntary. One person that has always stuck in my mind had decided not to smuggle, at the last minute, on the day of their flight. The criminal organiser then produced photos taken of their young child back in their home country, as well as photos of their partner and home. The organiser told the mule they would kidnap and kill their child if the parent didn't comply with the drug operation. The mule was already a vulnerable person for other health and mental health reasons and felt absolutely powerless and did not doubt the threats made against their family.

The video shows Culley calmly walking through Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, using the automated passport control system. No signs of distress, no interaction with police, no help requested and no coercion.

Exactly what the case I mentioned above did too. And was then caught just as boarding the departure flight. The coercian and mind control can occur long before they are dropped at the airport.

From the article Dotta posted
He asked Bella to show the court a bruise on her hand – allegedly inflicted by an iron in Thailand, the Mirror reported.
Bella complied, displaying her right hand to the court
Mr Salakaia alleged that his client was tortured with a hot iron on her right hand.

Her previous claims were; arm held under steam, threatened with a hot iron, hot iron pressed on her arm, now a bruise on her hand is evidence of this supposed torture. She can't even keep track of her own lies IMO.

Seems these drug mules all tell the same lies eh? JMO

What does it have to do with Belka being merrily unable to keep track of her own lies?

There are a variety of reasons, of course. I'm not a lawyer, I don't get to assess the cases in a legal sense. In the case I mentioned above, a number of organisers in the receiving country were arrested, including those who took the footage of the family members. The home country police confirmed the organisers techniques had been used before, and the threat to the family members was real.

Your post stated either she smuggled the drugs unknowingly, or was forced to do it by torture.

I was just pointing out that it doesn't have to be either of those two options.

You yourself said the people forced to be mules knew what they were doing which actually proves my point. Both stories told by Bella cannot be true at the same time.

"Police release CCTV

of British drug mule suspect Bella Culley, 18,

'smuggling £200,000 of cannabis' through Bangkok airport.

Police Major General Cherngron Rimphadee, said:

'This matter is not complicated.

Police have reviewed CCTV footage and confirmed that she used a British passport to exit
through the automatic passport control channel.

As a result,
she did not interact with or speak to any immigration officers
and simply exited the country'.

The police have already released the CCTV images to the media,
showing that she left without giving any signal or indication that she needed help,
contrary to her claims.

'It was a deliberate departure'."

"British 'drug mule's' lawyer

hits back at Thai police for trying to discredit her claim

crooks forced her to smuggle narcotics into Georgia

as they push for plea bargain.

🤔

Mr Salakaia insisted
his client 'tried to signal' to authorities 'without being noticed'
by gang members watching over her before she boarded a flight.

Mr Salakaia spoke after the 19-year-old's latest court hearing in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia,
where he is pushing to reach a plea deal
that could see her returned to Britain."

Also!!!

'Bella appeared visibly pregnant
as she entered Tbilisi City Court dressed in a pink shirt, black trousers and with her hair in a bun."

What hasn't been said or shown is the fact that the people who brought and handed in this baggage were still nearby and she couldn't communicate openly.

'She tried to signal it to them, without being noticed herself, that it wasn't her baggage but wasn't paid any attention.'

Her story grows legs each time. What signal did she use, a yawn, a glance at her watch, did she scratch her ear? Bella should now be able to point out the torturing drug smuggling gang members on cctv footage..... JMO

I don’t have an opinion one way or another yet. However, if police are trying to prove to the public that she never tried to signal authorities, they should release the video instead of a selected image. It seems obvious that the image only shows what she was doing in that moment and in no way proves she wasn’t signaling at any moment before or after the image. Jmo

This girl's prefrontal cortex is not even fully developed, and -- to me at least -- she clearly has mental health issues. Who knows what kind of home life she had. I guess as a mom myself, I am just not fully on board with the hatred and mockery of whatever she is trying to do or say to escape her situation, though clearly she put herself in it. Edit: I am not ashamed to admit I feel some sympathy for this girl and what led her to this place. :\

If she is REALLY pregnant
(as DM points out)
then I think a plea deal her lawyer is discussing
might prove to be the best outcome.

Honestly folks,
regardless of what my opinion of this defendant is
I wouldn't wish on any woman to deal with pregnancy in prison, a foreign one in addition.

This poor innocent baby born in such circumstances??? :(

Spending time in prison???

Let's see how the situation progresses.

IMO
Sympathy should be reserved for victims of deadly addiction.
Addiction that robs people,
mainly young ones,
of dignity and the promise of happy & fulfilling life.

There's no such thing in the first trimester. And she doesn't seem pregnant in her Thailand photos.

Didn't the Thai police return her to the gang?

Oh, but they did it matter of factly, not paying any attention to her internal scream with which she tried to signalise her troubles.

I seriously start to feel for her lawyer. She is a nightmare of a client.

His job is to advocate for his client. I do wonder if he believes her "fantastical tales" though? The DM cleary does... and is making a wonderful job on defending a drug mule.
I want to see the "snake like scar" a "visible pregnant" Bella showed in court. Did the DM make that up? Because we haven't seen any photos yet.
