Starting at 2:15…

Daughter RB: “In the first couple of days after Dad disappeared, we realized that Fontelle was not on any of Dad’s accounts. So we had talked to a family law attorney, and we took a copy of the Trust to that attorney, and we were advised of what needed to be done, to free up money so we could help Fontelle out.”

This is so important, imo. Thank you cloudajo.

Daughters didn't manage to get themselves down to the courthouse in 18 months to pick up a publicly- available copy of Mom's will. And they've made it clear how they couldn't get any information or documents from Bob - hence that heated family meeting the day before he disappeared.

But here's daughter RB telling the world that within a couple of days of Bob's disappearance, they had access to Bob's account documents and his trust documents.

That suggests to me they took them out of his house. Within a day or two of his disappearance. As though they already thought that he was never coming back.

The first one to the DA wins. I bet the raw interview footage is interesting as well.

G'day from Aus. Grey matter is at work in the land downunder. I missed the cable tv show, however Zwie grabbed my attention. Glad to be in such auspicious company.

Welcome, welcome, Mountain Misst. And welcome to your grey matter too! Let's all help make Bob the most auspicious one of all.......

Welcome, Mountain Misst!!!!

Welcome to all our new friends from Down Under. This is fabulous. With just the airing in Aus, we have a bunch of new people interested in Bob. I'm so excited about that.

Because it was an insomnia night, I was able to read why Bob's episode isn't airing on Feb. 18th. I caught up. And I'm still up.

Weird though how the Aus version had no narration, like it was a fluke or they weren't sent a completed production of the show. And they got to air it 10 days before it was suppose to be aired here.

Just think, how many more people are going to find us and be interested in what happened to Bob. More sleuthers working to get answers. It's thrilling to know that Bob is not forgotten and people are not giving up. As Fontelle says, we'll get justice.

That other case I've been working on is the one with the crazy cop killer running around my area. This guy has been all over the news for a week and they are still looking for him.

ACTIVE SEARCH MANHUNT! Calif. college basketball coach, fiance found dead #2 - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

This is an awful case. I dont know if you are on the any of the downstairs threads tracking this case, but please be careful.

I think that this man is very very very confused and must be very tired at this point.

Det Loomis - Bob had a list for JeM of things he wanted done. Electrical, plumbing, outside. To get the house ready for Fontelle.

Respectfully snipped. I hope this punch list of work to be done was forensically tested for Bob's fingerprints.... and a handwriting analyst verified it was Bob who wrote the punchlist.

Something I've been wondering as I re-read the description of the show back on page 26.

Springing off of this, was any of the work completed?" That is what I would want to know. Because if what was completed was some items which did not appear on the punch list, I would think that would be very interesting.

Specifically, did bathroom repairs appear on the punch list?

BBM. Particularly if the list was actually written by Bob.

I very much hope Mrs Harrod was asked about any repairs she had noticed needed to be carried out too. She had been staying in the house for weeks, rather than days. When a person first moves into a new home, they'll tend to notice things that need doing. Especially if it is anything to do with plumbing in the way of leaking washings machines or bathrooms.

Still can't understand why son-in-law hired someone to plumb in his own dishwasher, if he felt capable of plumbing in things for other people.

What I wouldn't give to have the housekeeper answer four questions:

Did you make Bob's bed?

Were the sheets on it?

Was the mattress the right way up?

Was the washing machine running?

  • #794
If it helps at all, the program shows the housekeeper making the bed and straightening the sheets. Her only comment was that in 10 years Bob had never left the bed unmade. She was apparently very uneasy even before she went in to the house. Has there been any publicity about her at all. Photos etc?

Hi, Jillian!! No, I dont think there has been. It makes sense to me-she is definitely a material witness that holds many of the keys to what happened. It amazes me that LE cut her loose to be interviewed. And I am thrilled that not only the lead detective is interviewed, but the PIO who has demonstrated a strong commitment to Bob's case.

PIO? She appears to be still very upset about the day he disappeared. She's youngish and blonde and pretty and was obviously quite fond of and close to them. She asked the son in law to go upstairs and check because she was afraid of what she might find and was still upset that he took so much time up there that she had to call out to him for reassurance. I think she has her suspiscions.

Did you read our transcript of the clip, Jillian? It's that very scene where son-in-law
disappears upstairs. The narrator's voice makes it very powerful. I'll try and bump it for you.

ETA: I'm wondering if believe's referring to the hairdresser, not the housekeeper.

Here it is

So they have changed the title and taken out the narrator. I wonder what else has been changed and why.

Disappeared Season 5 - Sign of Trouble (Bob Harrod)

Clip (3:23) – Posted 4/26/12

(transcribed below)

Narrator: But Jeff was not the only person at Bob’s house that day. Agnes, Bob’s housekeeper of more than 10 years, arrived around Noon. Normally, she cleans Bob’s house on Tuesday, but this week she’d arranged to come on Monday.

Agnes: And he said that will be fine, I will be here, and Jeff is coming and he’s gonna to take care of a couple of things in the house before Fontelle comes. So I went to the house, knocked on the door, nobody answered, I looked in the mailbox because that’s where he normally leaves me the key, the key wasn’t there, so I sat on the bench in front of the house.

Narrator: The situation made her very uneasy. Nothing like this had ever happened before.

Agnes: Bob always was home when I went over there, or if, him and Georgia, they would always always tell me if they would not be home, and they put a key in the mailbox. But it was a very rare occasion that they were not home.

Narrator: After about 15 minutes, Jeff drove up to the house.

Agnes: I told him right away that, you know, that where Bob is, because he’s not answering the door. And Jeff was just asking me, “Are you supposed to be here today?” I said, “Yeah, Bob knew that I’m coming today.”

Narrator: Agnes was surprised to hear that Bob didn’t tell Jeff that she would be coming that day. As Jeff let her in the house, she began to feel that something was very wrong.

Agnes: I was really concerned at that point, I was afraid to go upstairs, I didn’t want to find anything. So I asked Jeff if he would go upstairs and see if Bob was there.

Narrator: Agnes waited at the bottom of the stairs while Jeff went up to have a look around.

Agnes: I thought he’s just going to look into the room, it takes a minute to go up, look into the room, and just see if Bob was there or not. But he actually ended up spending a couple of minutes there, so I thought maybe, you know, he find something, he find him there or something. So I yelled up, I said, “Is he there, is he ok?” And he said, ‘No, he’s not here.” And then he came back.

Narrator: Uncertain about what to do next, Agnes began cleaning, while Jeff resumed his repairs. As she worked her way around the house, she noticed something disturbing.

Agnes: When I went upstairs, I saw that in his bedroom, the bed was unmade, and never in the 10 years I worked for them, that happened before. It was just so out of character for him to not to make the bed, I just thought it was very strange.

Narrator: Deeply troubled, Agnes finished up and left, shortly after Jeff, who had also completed his work.

Agnes: I was there all together about 3 hours. I can honestly tell you that during the whole time I was there, I was very concerned. I kept thinking, where is he at?

Public Information Officer. I dont know if you have the equivalent in Australia-PIO's are the mouth piece of the jurisdiction they represent. It frees up the detectives from needing to make public statements regarding cases with a higher profile.
