I think weight, within certain parameters, has little to do with health.

Like many posters, I am also suspicious of the daughters and son-in-law. One additional thought I had while watching concerned Bob's reaction at his first wife's funeral (I may have read about this on another site) as well as the ash scattering (based on the photo with Josie). I would bet that none of the daughters were happy that Bob was so flirtatious with the hairdresser. (I know that my dad was like this after my mom died, and I was thoroughly disgusted. I felt as though he was disgracing my mother. He doesn't have a dime to his name, and I was livid.) Couple that with the idea that Bob got married a year later, I bet they were fuming.

Perhaps the timing couldn't be more perfect than for Bob to disappear right before Fontelle arrived back in California. After all, eliminating Bob would be much easier if Fontelle was absent. I think emotions were running high after the family meeting, and if indeed Bob was going to add Fontelle's name to financial documents, ...

Questions: Which daughter has the son who borrowed from the trust? I missed that along the way.

Somewhere I read that Bob and his first wife encouraged their daughters to find employment after high school because they couldn't pay for college. Yet, now there is all this money. Did Bob and his wife just save up that much or did they come into some money? I ask because I got the impression that he and his first wife drew up the trust and that the money was the first wife's money. If that were the case, the daughter's might feel more entitled to it, thus fanning the flames of how the money is allocated.

Out of the characters involved, AH was probably the one individual that lost money due to BH's disappearance.

I could bring a previous post forward to outline how he basically did not receive any monies, contrary to what some believe or have subscribed to the theory that he did.

He lost the home, he lost any monies that he had paid towards that loan, any equity with respect to the home et al.

Also, the route Bob normally walked...were there wooded areas nearby?

Anyone can tell that BH was definately underweight.

I plan on catching up! In between two jobs and sick mother, but I will! That's the least I can do after some of WS' most talented sleuthed tirelessly and commitedly to bring Mickey home! Their support of our hometown sweetheart warmed my soul more than I could have ever hoped for!

Mickey...And her Mom.

We can all face down monsters now.

I am as well curious as to the supposed picture of BH and Fontelle.

Out of curiousity, how many believe that Fontelle would be 14 years old in that picture?

I would be greatly interested as to me it appears to be someone much older.

WELCOME!!!

The son in law referenced in the Disappeared episode is the father of the man Bob lent all of the money too.

The ByPass trust was Georgia's (Bob's first wife) half of the marital estate. It is a vehicle for reducing estate taxes.

The money and assets were Georgia's share, but Bob was the Survivor. IMO, I think Bob's children believed the ByPass was theirs when their mother died. I think they were shocked to find out that the money was still under Bob's control.

I think that they believed they were in for a windfall rather than simply a small chunk of money and her jewelry.

The one person that BH was the closest to was his sister.

I would love to see how she feels about the accusations leveled against her family here.

I as well would be interested to hear what she had to state to LE.

No, it's a suburban neighborhood, developed like a tract.

Check out Google Earth if you can. The neighborhood surrounding Bob's home is well populated.

Come now believe :).

Many including myself have posted how a Trust works. The mechanics involved.

Please recall that BH and GH started this trust in the 90's.

It was a mutual decision by both of them, and is actually split into more than a simple Bypass trust, as can be seen with respect to the division of assets.

I believe I made a long post about that as well. I have seen where others have stated the same.

What I don't understand is why that information continues to be disregarded :)

I think it has a LOT to do with it, particularly a recent dramatic decline.

I wonder which neighbours LE has spoke to?

I wonder if any allowed LE to search their homes?

We all know BH had poor knees, but took about 3 walks a day.

I wonder if he happened to be on one of his walks.

Believe, thank you for clarifying the bypass trust.

So my suspicions are correct. The daughters expected to come into some money when their mom died. Then, here is dear old dad giving the hairdresser money and getting married. Given how raw people's emotions are when a parent dies, then they get "cheated" out of inheritance money, ...

How much searching of vacant lots, nearby woods was conducted close to Bob's home? The son-in-law was certainly running around all day.

I've been underweight my entire life. Hope I'm not unhealthy though.

But I don't see what that has to do with Bob's disappearance, really. Unless he was abducted by a demented dietician.

No I don't believe the daughters thought any such thing.

I think this is a thought process that has grown legs, and has in fact not allowed others to be sleuthed.

If you feel like taking a little trip, in my signature you will find a link to the SAR thread (Search and Rescue) we have on Bob. It will give you some idea of the grids etc our professional HRD and SAR posters have put together or are pondering...

In any individual, especially one that just recently lost his wife, weight loss should always be investigated.

There can be underlying conditions. I don't believe any specialist would disagree with this.

Let alone his age of 81.
