Even if Bob was unhealthy when he was abducted, I don't think that's really relevant in working out who did it.

I am as well curious as to the supposed picture of BH and Fontelle.

Out of curiousity, how many believe that Fontelle would be 14 years old in that picture?

I would be greatly interested as to me it appears to be someone much older.

I truly don't find anything amusing with this case.

It happens to be a case I take very seriously. There are alot of elderly individuals that are facing unique issues in this day and age.

Very sad to see this.

The one person that BH was the closest to was his sister.

I would love to see how she feels about the accusations leveled against her family here.

I as well would be interested to hear what she had to state to LE.

Wasn't he closer to his neighbour, next door? The one a daughter threatened when he spoke up for Bob? (see link) Didn't sister live quite far away?

So we have the 11:45 phone call - Bob in background responding positively to Jeff going to hardware store.

We have Agnes arriving around noon, no one there. Which means that was a short phone call.

We have Jeff returning 15 mins. or so after Agnes arrived. Jeff didn't know Agnes was coming. Jeff spent a longer time upstairs than Agnes was comfortable with. Jeff wasn't alarmed/alerted to something "odd" by the unmade bed.

Seems like a pretty narrow window to be disappearing, considering Bob knew Agnes was coming.

How odd that Jeff's wife goes down ALONE to change sheets on a bed that Agnes had already made, the day after Bob goes missing; also, the day after Jeff claims to see an SUV driving by the house a couple of times - drawing his suspicions. How odd he didn't go with her to make sure she didn't go missing too.

How odd of the daughters to think Bob would just wander off when he knew Jeff and Agnes would be there. He even left Agnes locked outside. I mean, he had to have during that short time period between 11:45 and noonish.

How odd that Jeff would leave if he really believed Bob would wander off if he might be ill. How odd that he left believing Bob was ill, and gone without telling Jeff where he went/was going.

Odd to me, too, that someone who didn't know the schedule of the day, would just wander in that very narrow window, and disappear Bob without being caught by Agnes or Jeff.

A lot of "odd" to me ... something for those to ponder who want to cast aspersions on Fontelle's out of state relatives, or Fontelle.

Also, the route Bob normally walked...were there wooded areas nearby?

One of many questions which I do not believe have been explored to my satisfaction. I think they could be merit in a number of theories.

I don't believe they have been released, thus I don't think we can state with any certainty the time of any calls.

I mean she only dusted. How long does one think it would take to dust? 3 hours?

Did she have any other homes in the area she did?

Indeed. I was expecting a more refined "lady" of her generation.

I do not know how old she was meant to be, but the hairstyles and fashions were extremely aging in the forties and fifties. Some of the most beautiful women of that time looked years older with those bouffants, etc.

It really depends on which story she has relayed.

One is that her and BH went out for 2 years prior to being engaged in Jan 1950 at the age of 14.

I just don't think the woman in that picture was 14.

Well, daughter PB stated on Bob's official Namus report that she called him between 11am and 12noon. Then later said she discovered it was nearer noon than twelve, I believe.

So was I shana. The daughters seemed to like her at the start.

Various people have posted that she was nice. I guess my perception was of a grandmotherly type. How wrong I was.

She came across very different than my perception of her, even though I had not met her.

Is this in relation to how old Fontelle was the day Bob disappeared? I think she was 75, but she was in Missouri anyway.

However, there is a specific phone call where the identity of the caller is being withheld by the police. Why it's being withheld is unclear. It makes for a lot of speculation.

In fact, considering the number of calls stated he received, we really have seen nothing officially either to verify the calls or to dispute the calls.

I don't understand how the CL changed her arrival time either.

No, that's the prewar years, before all the butlers and maids fled to the factories.
Women of Fontelle's generation were empowered by the second World War. They weren't afraid to speak up. Be a complete person, rather than just being a refined female stereoype.
