Mrs Harrod receives a monthly allowance from her husband's estate now. Daughters' say that with outgoings on top, that leaves a deficit in the monthly income.
Fair enough. Except daughters have not revealed how much they are paid each month as conservators of the estate (grandson AH complained about them retiring, in his deposition, as soon as they were appointed). Does anyone know what likely fees would be, on a multi-million dollar estate?
Also, the ongoing legal actions against Mrs Harrod, and the failed action against the hairdresser, are also being funded out of Bob's estate. Does anyone know how much monthly fees are for lawyers in California?
It's ironic that Bob's own money is being used to try and get his wife removed from the marital home. Also very sad, for him and her.
Their Trustee fees would have been set-out in the original Trust document. Their fees as Conservators were reviewed by the Court upon approval. It is highly doubtful that there were any excessive fees in either of these documents and if so, the Court would be aware (not to mention Fontelle).
Andrew had a bone to pick at the time he accused his aunts of doing things not documented in fact. He did not want to pay his monthly mortgage, right? That's been the refrain here, hasn't it.
The ongoing legal actions were not initiated by the Harrod heirs nor have they benefited from them. Take a look (oh wait, it isn't here to see) what they were already entitled to as beneficiaries to the Estate of their parents, both of them.
The hairdresser case was lost, true. Did Bob keep any records that his Conservators could bring to the action? Unfortunately not, or they disappeared along with him. btw, it was the duty of the Conservators to bring this matter to the Court.
Fontelle has been enriched by a Trust in which she was not a named beneficiary. As Radomski said on the TV show, there were no notes from Mr Harrod that he intended to change his Estate plans to include her. It would appear that Mr Harrod was honoring the Estate he had set in place with sound legal advice many years ago, with respect to his wife Georgia as well (her half). His notes indicate he intended to put Fontelle as a signatory on a checking account, nothing more.

Bob's daughters are in charge of a multi-million pound estate. I find it a little unlikely they have fought to gain control of it so soon after Bob's disappearance, to receive nothing.
It was Bob and the first Mrs Harrod's money, not theirs. Mrs Harrod passed her money to Bob. It was for his needs, yet daughter felt entitled to write a harsh letter to her Dad's attorney, demanding to know what those needs were.
Poor Bob. He was a good man and would have cared for his second wife, Fontelle, as he had cared for his first. If he had been given the chance.
How long have the Harrods lived in Placentia, anyone know?
Did LE reveal anything about the results of the lie detector tests they carried out? And who took them, and who declined?
As LE said they questioned over 100 people, but still believe the person who did this to Bob was someone in his close circle, I think we are right to focus attention on them.
No, I don't think LE has referred to the LDT at all or the outcome of any of them.
What Radomski said on the show was that it's within the family circle and that they are covering for each other. (Parapharased.)

Thanks, that was what was confusing me. You would think the housekeeper would remember that, that's a 3 year discrepancy. Maybe she didn't remember what time she got there that day correctly either?
Yes, I meant Bob and Georgia.
Whoa, quite harsh. Is this how you respond to DR's case? Please be aware that this one has gone-on far longer, and much more to know about legal issues.
btw, and this is for all: Where is it written that a MP has to be a 'saint'? I'm not saying that Mr Harrod was or not, but this veneration of him is not earned, warranted, or even necessary to address the fact that he is missing!
