My take on it was cleaning lady arrives around noon. JeM shows up, flustered that cleaning lady is there a little later and says he just got back from the store (supposed HD trip #1 that there is no receipt for).

He fiddles around for awhile, then leaves to HD (2:30 ish). Cleaning lady still there and locks up around 3:00ish, while JeM is buying something at HD#2 (evidence on receipt).

IIRC the cleaning lady said JeM left before her.

That's my take on it, too.

I've only seen info on him locking up and leaving around 6:00. Did Agnes say she'd locked up, or left after Jeff? I've seen speculation by posters on this, but have never been able to find where it was actually reported to have happened.

FWIW, I wonder if the cleaning lady finished and "locked up" prior to Jeff returning from the 2nd HD trip. I think it's possible she left shortly before he returned from the afternoon (3:04pm receipt) trip and that is why we've seen info about both locking up before leaving.

Yikes MaryNo, I was trawling through endless links the other day and I found the single ref in msm for this. But I noted it only in my mind for future reference though, and can't immediately relocate it. It surprised me. I didn't realise people were still looking for it......I'll find it. Somehow.

From memory, there was something that stated the CL cleaned, locked up and left.... It was kind of like the timeline being all over the place with regards to who left first and when. As zwie' posted, there was only one reference.... Since we know CL arrived about noon, and cleaned about 3 hours (source disappeared episode) we can assume she left about 3:00-3:30. Because we know JeM was at the HD at 3:00 (time of receipt, disappeared, ...) we can assume that CL was already done cleaning and left before he arrived back from that second trip.

Does that make sense? I'm not 100% today due to the tail end of a cold. I hope it makes sense, lol.

Possibly incorrect, which might be why it was only referenced once in the media. Whether or not Jeff had anything to do with Bob's disappearance, I can't imagine leaving for the night with her still there. I can't imagine her leaving and returning, either.

"Jeff's locking up and leaving at 6:00" version has been the constant since early on. Almost the only constant in this whole case it seems.

This case really, really, really reminds me of the Kyron Horman case. I was thinking tonight how similar the two mysteries are.

Yes! Fontelle needs her Man to come home! I've been scouring that area's maps, and really, while there are a great many places Bob could be, there's also a limit to where he could be, given the timeline. IF we believe it was all done at the same time, that is.

It's still possible that Bob lay somewhere close to the house waiting to be taken to his final destination. We only have Jeff's word that he didn't know Agnes was coming. He could have returned in the middle of "whatever" to let her in, played with the repair scenario a bit, Agnes cleans, Agnes leaves, and Jeff locks up, and leaves. He finishes "whatever", and goes the rest of the way home. That is, if Jeff is the culprit.

I don't like the 330 route, but it's still doable, if things weren't done all at the same time. What bothers me about the 330 route, is that posters have said a lot of bodies have turned up along that area throughout the years. The killer would know that. I would think something a bit off the beaten path is a bit safer for all involved. I mean, 330 would definitely point to a particular family having been involved.

Idk....I'm still hanging on to a couple of points of interest, 330 route being one of them. Quite honestly I think all the chit chat about bodies being found there is neither here nor there when it comes to murder. Not to make anyone paranoid, but they're found everywhere- and frequently. Dumpsters, rivers, lakes, deserts, backyards, basements, off the side of freeways, rural fields and roadways, closets, coolers, fridges, under concrete, construction sites, landfills, graveyards, public trash cans, restrooms- you name it.
Point being, 330 does fit the timeline (as we know it) and often common dumpsites are used for that very reason- not avoided for that reason.

An an odd and perhaps O/T question, but does anyone know how JeM and JM (and any other Harrod's for that matter) dispose of their pets when they pass?

ETA: Mr. Harrod was someone's child. Happy Mother's Day, wherever you are Bob's mom. We'll bring your child home to you yet.

And happy mother's day to all of you out there who share this special day- especially those who are suffering with the loss or unknown and unsolved disappearance of a child.

I think Bob may be closer to his home (within a 30 min drive). Detective Radomski said in the Disappeared episode (underlined by me):

“Jeff left several times. Once was to go to a convenience store. The other two were to home improvement stores to get supplies for what he was doing.”

“We were able to corroborate it with some store surveillance and yes his time is accounted for but there are still windows of opportunity if it were for something to go wrong

I believe JuM lived on Carnation Drive in Placentia for about 9 years before moving to Running Springs. He knew the area.

Example: You can drive from Carnation Drive, north on North Rose Drive, then east on Yorba Linda Boulevard out to parks and canyons in about 25 min.

You can drive from Carnation Drive, north on North Rose Drive, then east on Carbon Canyon Road. Or head north on N. Tower Road, and you hit the Orange County Landfill site in about 20 minutes. N. Tower Road looks pretty desolate. He might avoid the actual landfill thinking there would be cameras and people there.

Last night on ID they showed a Dateline episode from last year called “The Night Lynsie Disappeared.”

After about 7 years when the PPD was stuck, Larry Montgomery, an investigator with the OC DA’s Office, was brought in. He meticulously reviewed the case file regarding Lynsie Ekelund’s disappearance for about 2 years.

Larry found at least two key pieces of information in the case files that had been missed before. One was the video from a bank/ATM near Lynsie’s house of a white truck that led police to believe Chris McAmus’ story that he dropped Lynsie off at her home the night she went missing. Larry noticed the paint color of the back of the side-view mirror on Chris’ struck was white and the truck in the video had a dark spot in that area. That meant it wasn’t the same truck.

The second thing was Chris said he stayed close to home the day following Lynsie’s disappearance, but Larry saw on Chris’ credit card statement that Chris purchased gas in Santa Clarita that day.

They brought Chris in again for questioning and Larry presented this information to him (plus they told him Lynsie’s remains were found, which wasn’t true). Chris ultimately confessed to killing Lynsie in his apartment.

Larry Montgomery needs to be assigned to Bob’s case. Can everyond send emails to [email protected] requesting this? I think it would help if as many of us as possible sent emails (squeaky wheel gets the grease).

Here is the show on Youtube. Starting at 20:40 is when Larry got involved in the case - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LIZ4kQo4UoM

I am struggling to get that video to play beyond the first minute. I went direct to youtube as well, but it did the same. Is anyone else having a problem?

Despite that though, cloudajo, I think that is a brilliant, brilliant idea.! I'm off to look him up.

If you have trouble watching that video, try this one - Dateline: The Evidence Whisperer. I think some of the content is the same in both shows.

This is part 4 on Youtube when Larry got involved, but all parts of the show are on Youtube.

Let me know if this one works.

Oh, I just saw the final part (sorry, can't link youtube on this tablet).

Reporter: 'So, it's over. What are you going to do?'
Lynsie's mom (holding back sobs): 'I don't know. I just don't know. I just have to get over this.'

That poor lady. What she has gone through. It is very, very very sad.

I got the hang of the numbers and watched every part in order. Poor Lynsie:(

the thread is at the maximum number of tags, so someone will have to delete one to add one.
