WHY HAVE THEY NOT REVOKED HIS BOND?
Because he has not had his hearing yet? I am no attorney, but he gets his day in court. And apparently the CA courts stay plenty busy. He best be dreading Sept 2 though as MAYBE a judge will wake up and lay down the max the law will allow. Hoping that means he could have the suspended sentence revoked.

Of course would prefer he get arrested for Emmanuel's disappearance before then. And held with no bail.

he was in court , like yesterday.
That was Family court however. His charges are criminal for which he has Sept 2 hearing in Criminal court.

Then he is back in Family court Sept 9 for the restraining order filed against him.

Here is the link again. It pretty well covers both the restraining order as well as his criminal cases. One only has to scroll thru a pile of ads etc in the way.

I keep checking in and it's still the same. I hope the egg bearer's conscience gets to her and she can remember a bit more , jmvho

This is a TOTAL guess, but I think there might be one more child we don't know about yet. I think he did not count RH's adult children, only his own.

Or, he can't count.

Or, possibly, he was counting the kids other than Emmanuel since the interviewer would already know about that one.

Who knows.

I'm surprised he counts the child he almost killed, who has been adopted or the sibling of that child.

Updated story from KESQ, Mentions a guy out there who went to door at home and walked away with something (maybe a no trespassing sign?).

For some reason I’m not able to link from X with my IPad maybe I’m just dumb IDK 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway The first report I saw re JH’s sentence for beating his 10 week old baby showed jail time of 180 days in jail was suspended - later I found & posted his prison sentence was suspended but he served 180 days in county. Well according to PI Steve Fischer SFINVESTIGATES@SF_Investigates/x.com the first report I read was correct!

Jake Haro had to show up at the jail to have his paperwork processed… that was it! He served no prison time, he served no jail time, he’s currently on probation for leaving his 10 week old baby battered with skull fractures, broken ribs, a fx leg, blind and completely dependent on her care givers for life! And now a second baby is missing. This is 100% on the state of CA. If they didn’t know who was responsible for the beatings on that 10 week old infant they should’ve sentenced both of them to hard time! Below see the documents showing Jake Haro’s sentence & time served.

Whatever legal actions need to happen, I don't know, but I think he's a danger. Today is not any different than the day he got the light slap for disabling his 10-WEEK old baby. He was a danger then and, imo, he still is.

Fingers crossed no one else gets hurt before this all is resolved.

I did tell you ,that I hate Jake ,right?
You didnt have to, I got it.
After knowing the extent of that baby's injuries,
I'm just appalled at how he can show his face on TV and talk about "Diapies"
or how he would have the slightest interest in watching his son play football, acting like he's father of the year.
At a game or a practise that is ex wife would be at, The ex thats the mother of the child playing that night not the mother of the abused child.
I believe shes the one that has filed a restraining order against him since then . so doesnt sound like he is a consistent watcher.

To me , that just shows how fake he is, how manipulative.
He knows what he has done, but puts on a show like hes going to fool people.,
Further, if he was who hes trying to portray himself to be, why didnt he go get the mouthguard? and not rebeccah, and with a baby no less ?

Law enforcement's reaction is very telling imo. If they thought that RH's story was valid, wouldn't they warn Yucaipa parents that a potential kidnapper is on the loose? They've never warned the public, correct?

Like I said, just a matter of time before the Tacoma's GPS and their phone data is sourced and mapped. Along with the lack of video footage of an actual abduction at the Big 5 (she fell down and got up only), isn't that enough to arrest on suspicion of murder or at least child endangerment/abuse?
It’s hard to BOLO for invisible kidnappers with cloaking devices to hide the victim/child. I do hope if anyone knows someone who matches the description & has cloaking capability, possibly multi-lingual - they would not hesitate to call LE or at least the number on the Missing Kid poster. I don’t mean any disrespect or to make fun of a serious situation but, the story J & R Haro gave is ridiculous IMO it’s about as likely as an invisible kidnapper.

Which ex wife was at football?

Which ex wife was at football? The one filing the restraining order divorced him in 2016, and he's been married twice since then.

The one who filed the restraining order is the one who was at the game. He was not married to the lady whose child he was convicted of abusing as far as I know. Unless they married and she kept her name.

Thanks for clarifying. I edited my post.

I wonder if they typically show up to their kids events? Do they usually go to practices or games? Or did they need an excuse to be out & about, for others to see them assuming baby Emmanuel was alive & well, tucked away in their truck like they normally do?

I'm sure they won't be going anymore, especially if the first wife gets the restraining order. Good on her for moving swiftly to protect her and her son.

Which ex wife was at football?
The 1st. Her child is the only one who was left unharmed in his past.
The children with the second were the ones who were adopted by his cousin because of the horrible abuse.

Leaving baby alone in vehicle. I have issues with that, even if not in hot SoCal.

Absolutly, apparant;ly it was 112 degrees there today. I can see standing outsde the vehicle with air conditioning on for a few minutes but I dont have any idea what she did after arriving at that field.
and let's be real, it doesnt sound like that baby was in the car to begin wth.

Im thinking they dont. just b/c of the restraining order filed. Im just guessing thst he doesnt usually show up and so when he did, the ex took action, especially after what has happened.
I'd love to know how often he or they actually saw that child, since Rebeccah was calling him " their other son"

I don't think it was that hot at 7-8pm that day, but still hot enough, and some states it is illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle. Not to mention common stinking sense.

But I think most of us suspect Emmanuel was never in that vehicle.
