The previous charges of the father says it all. Why he did not get jail time for that is beyond me.

No kidding, how did that happen? andi I think he is still in the. process of dealing with the other charges isnt he? now this? So pretty important to look like you were very far away from this " abduction'.

Another precious little baby who didn’t get a chance at life. I hope one of them confesses where he is soon.

I actually partly blame the cops as he should not have been allowed to be on the streets.

The story was he forgot the mouthguard. If they were smart, they made sure to leave the mouthguard at home. He probably did have to sit the game out. Unless they didn't bother with that detail and he had his mouthguard all along. imo

I wonder how far from home the field is - would it make more sense to just go home and fetch the mouthguard rather than buy a new one? That is a detail I'm sure LE thought about.

I remain curious about witnesses at the game - what did they see?

They live in a different town, about a half hour away from Yucaipa.

It's not up to the cops. They can arrest him, but it's the responsibility of the judicial system to keep him off the streets.

I wonder when anyone outside of the immediate family last saw Emmanuel. I’m concerned it may have been quite a while ago… JMO.

Sounds more like it was a failure of the court system, not the cops. Police can't do much without a judge signing off on a warrant and a DA going forward with charges.

grandma (Rebecca's mother) confirms parents are no longer cooperating with LE, have lawyered up and refused polygraph. Rebecca's 2 year old has been removed (what about the other kids?). LE is as the home digging up the property. The grandmother insists neither parent would have harmed Emmanuel.

Oh boy. Sigh

I think we all knew where this was headed.

Clearly LE have a lot more info than us and it appears there is no expectation of finding Emmanuel alive.

So incredibly sad. I just hope they find him.

Good read here:

Red Flags:

  1. The Convenient Witness Elimination: Rebecca Haro claims she was knocked unconscious, eliminating herself as a witness to the actual abduction. Perpetrators often claim they were incapacitated—unable to identify their child's attacker.
  2. The Vague Attacker: Despite being conscious enough to hear "Hola," she does not describe the attacker. Staged abduction cases feature similarly phantom-like assailants.
  3. The Physical Evidence: A black eye serves as visible "proof" of an attack. Several cases I have observed include self-inflicted injuries to support the abduction narrative.

What Happens Next

If the Haro case follows patterns, we may see:

  • Changes or contradictions in the mother's story
  • Discovery of family stressors or previous child welfare concerns
  • Physical evidence that doesn't match the abduction narrative

It's the court system that released him not the cops.

I’ve tried not to read about this, so closely following Jayden Spicer’s murder-by-mother, but I will eventually go back and read from the beginning.

Just remarking at the moment on the mother’s claim of hearing someone say “hola.” Shades of Sherri Papini and her elaborate but fake descriptions of two “Hispanic women” who “kidnapped” her.

The little I’ve read so far does show inconsistencies in the story, the father’s background is frightening, but the refusal to cooperate with the investigation is the biggest “tell” of all, in my opinion.

This little baby. Sigh.

We have the same info as the cops we have everything they do just every citizen that is keeping up with this watching the news interviews. Everyone's first concern was Emmanuel. But with the different events that took place. The crocodile tears the no emotion and pulled into the station two times within 24 hrs of Emmanuel going missing something seems off to us and them. We all know what happened its the matter of was it Rebecca or Jake, maybe both. <Modsnip source>

I was just going to say, at minimum, I think we can guarantee that LE has done as much talking to of the other minor children that the parents will permit... for whatever that is worth.

It's troubling that LE haven't yet found the baby. Because if the couple have made up this story - which seems so far fetched and easily disproved - then it's hard to imagine they would successfully hide a body? I suppose it may depend on how long they've had to plan 😞
Im thinking she probably dumped him somewhere, hence the elaborate story about the mouth guard. Hopefully not in a dumpster :(

This has to be one the finest fake crying I have ever seen. Notice Dads face it looks like he's forcing a sad face and Mom has no red or swollen eyes from supposedly crying with worry.

If the injuries were as bad as what I have seen in MSM comments, I’m wondering about that too. Or why he was even allowed around children at all for that matter?

The "runaway bride" (Jennifer Wilbanks) also blamed a Hispanic man and a white woman.
