From what I’ve seen so far, that building is a portal into an alternate millionaires universe of parallel realities swirling around weed and hemp, crypto, investment groups and rap. Definitely not for amateurs. IMOO

I ironically started watching Kings of Comedy tonight and it’s about a girl that ODd and how they disposed of her body so they wouldn’t get in trouble. This is NOT that crazy unfortunately this happens more than you think.

I agree with you. But this also seems like a very unlikely place for a planned murder. <rsbm>
To me, the location speaks to an impulse crime or crime of passion.

Or it could point towards rebellion, resisting gone wrong which I suppose is a crime of passion, but was this incident premeditated? Do we have evidence of perps?

Soon after she's seen walking her pup, Seven, as seen on CCTV, I don't believe HP was aware of her surroundings for a number of hours, or as quick as a wink, on the evening in question, OCT 17, then she died suddenly in the incident.

I read cases of women like this weekly on WS. Where did Heidi go after the brisk walk? What kind of incident at HopeBldg? An overdose, a tremendous struggle, constant strangulation, rape, beatings with inserted instrument?

JMHOO
removed comment about tenants move

Did LEO confiscate the trash chute from the Hope Bldg as evidence?

Did the Hope Bldg need completely new trash chute systems installed after OCT 17?

The link's to an aerial shot of the Hope Bldg. with the helipad painted symbol on the roof. Can't tell a difference between the items on ground level as they are too far away.

Screenshot 2021-12-17 9.52.20 PM.png

The trash chutes may be installed interiorly for reasons listed above. Good idea.
Bundled, crushed and wrapped. Trash and debris.

Trucks must haul those stacks of debris away. Either the pallets are carried to an onsite dumpster and then loaded on trash trucks for the landfill or something like that. In images, it seemed LEO was raking through tons of small pieces of litter and trash; not bundled trash. Oh.

Where would the pallets of flattened trash be located onsite?

Was the confession that the Maserati driver truthful about seeing HP inside the TC? And, that HP was Stuck therein. And, she didn't report it or she did? If so, that is key to learning what happened, hopefully.

what do you mean the tenants moved out the next morning? I highly doubt that after a party they would wake up and move. I haven’t seen anything substantial to suggest this. The lease was just available as of a few days ago. They LLC that was linked to the address was instated 12/2020 and you have to have a year year lease there. Why are you are thinking they moved the exact day after she went missing?

All I’m saying is, there are 46 million reasons why someone or someone’s would want this woman to “disappear”. Lot of big league suspects in this case.
Edited to add: The entire “dropping muffins off to a sick employee” was staged.
Also, why was Heidi so “scared”?
An “accidental overdose” does not pass the smell test.

$46mm amount HPs boss must repay for fraud charges.

Heidi reported as being scared for her life to BF. Not Paranoid, but fearful.
Heidi requested her FB boyfriend to visit that weekend yet he could or did not.

A dealer can be known to be someone's boyfriend.
Heidi left son's football game early. I think this is huge.

The accidental overdose hence, works if the drug was secretly slipped to her or if she thought she was taking something but it was laced with a deadly pharmacological feature. Yes or no?

Wonder what her estate is worth. Wonder about life insurance policies. Beneficiaries. LEO has fairly stated they feel she met her demise in the Hope Bldg DTLA. Is there liability for BW to recover?

This is not true though. The whole thing was 43mill and everyone more or less has been sentenced. Galanis for jail time, other people sentenced for other amounts of time but this has all been settled years ago for what we know. HPs boss JS didn’t get a criminal charge.

This was years ago and they just sued him civill which is kinda BS. He was found guilty to pay back money and not do time which is ridiculous. Is anyone finding something more or is this just more speculation?
She doesn’t hav an estate either per se. She didnt own that home she or someone else was renting it and with so many LLCs in her name registers at that address it’s very possible it was written off business wise.

I'm not very knowledgeable about Adderall and the possible effects of mixing it with other drugs, prescription or recreational. But I wanted to share this link because of a thought I had. This is only an example to help explain where I'm going with this. I'm not saying Heidi did Coke. Just hear me out.
Dangers and Side Effects of Mixing Cocaine and Adderall
What if Heidi took something that reacted badly with her prescription Adderall? Whether she was unaware of the possible effects, or if someone gave it to her without knowing she was on Adderall, or for whatever reason. I'm not saying this in a way that is judgmental or placing the blame on Heidi at all, but it would make sense that LE would refer to Heidi's death as an incident if this happened. I would imagine she would know if a particular drug would react badly with her medication, but I wanted to mention this. I don't even know what the chance would be, of the combination being deadly.

I’m ready for the Jeopardy category Waste for $1,000, please.
Chutes get cleaned and disinfected several times a year at least or at a push of a button in very new more expensive systems.
There are bags that go inside the compactors that run in size up to 350 pounds. The average per capita waste stream in the US is 4.8 pounds per day. There are 800 apartments, lets say low average occupancy 2. 1600 x 4-.8= 7,680 lbs or over 3.5 tons of trash a day! Not including events, catering etc.
Here’s a great diagram of Chute to
Compactor to Container. No pallets or dumpster needed.

Services/Compactors/Trash_Compactors/Compactors_High_Rise_Compacting_Systems/Trash_Chute_Compactors_with_Steel_Containers.htm

This is a good site with short training videos for chutes, laundry chites, compactors,….. actually interesting and very brief.
Trash Chutes | Wilkinson Hi-Rise
When the compacted bags are taken to the landfill they are buried basically in layers of gravel, sand, and compacted again!
To conduct a search the grid area is excavated, materials are moved to a control area and the forensic teams sift the dirt, open the bags, comb through it all like archeologists or forensic anthropologists.
That’s why the photos look like litter. It’s the torn open, shredded bags.
…While his expertise is landfills, the NecroSearch staff of 55 includes botanists, archaeologists, anthropologists, geologists, geophysicists, hydrologists and entomologists. “We have search experience and a drone expert who is also a photographer for National Geographic,” he said.
Landfill architecture is the source of a degree in some universities. The subterranean structure is built in layers of liners, clay and gravel, which must be moved before a search commences, Reed said.“

We don't really know if HP was fearful or paranoid. People who are paranoid feel fearful. It's only by knowing what they fear and then evaluating whether it is rational to feel that way can we decide if the person is experiencing paranoia. And unfortunately we can't do that with HP.

All we know is she supposedly texted NS (a BF who had thought she was "ghosting" him), she was "scared." She wanted him to come down for the weekend from San Francisco but he was supposedly working. I have never read in the MSM that she told him she feared for her life nor have I seen it reported that she told him she was fearful because of work. I have seen speculation here that maybe that's what she meant but that's only speculation. And, of course, she did say to other people she was worried about having her name on so many things at work. But that worry and the fear expressed to NS may not have been connected. It just as easily could have been she was "edgy" "anxious" "fearful" for reasons not connected to her work and that she was not experiencing fear for her life. For example, overuse of Adderall can lead to edginess, anxiety, and paranoia (and in rare cases, psychosis.) We also have no way to know if she had ever said that sort of thing to NS before. My gut feeling is that she likely had but that's entirely speculative.

This case is so frustrating and we're going around and round speculating because we have so very little information. And I am sure that law-enforcement knows these things by now that would really help us know what was going on in more detail:

  1. Did Heidi get or send a text or call during her sons football game that told her to come to the hope and flowers building? Who was that from?
  2. Where did Heidi's phone ping last?
  3. What was found on video tape the night Heidi went missing as far as other people coming in and out of the building? Who was registered to the penthouse?
  4. Where was Heidi's car found and who lives there that is connected to Hope and flowers or Heidi?
  5. Does Heidi really have a dog sitter in the building? are they the same people that found the dog?
And that's just for starters

I don't believe any of the many versions we have been told about how, when and where the dog was found.

Yes, it seems odd that anyone who was attempting (?) to cover up a crime or an accidental death would leave the dog there to anchor her presence to that spot.
Odd. Unless of course they were panicked and not thinking straight; just tossed the dog out on a floor. If this is the case, it makes me believe this *was* an accidental death. A cold blooded killer would have disposed of the dog as well.

Amateur opinion and speculation

  • #474
I don't think the people who found the dog were the dog sitters (if the dog was actually left with a sitter). They would have no reason to lie if they were the dog sitters or if they found the dog wandering the hall. There would be nothing criminal about watching a dog however lying during an investigation could get you in trouble. MOO

I'm not from the US, so can't understand this. What's wrong with just calling for paramedics? Or even the police if they are definitely dead? Why don't people do that?

I don't think it matters where you live. I live in the USA, and can't understand it. Some people just seem to have no moral compass.

It could be lack of morality, and it could be some sort of cognitive issue, or both. I say this, b/c I have never understood people who put questionable substances in their bodies.

Amateur opinion and speculation

It could be because other criminal activity is going on that would put others in prison. Or because someone wanted this person gone.. MOO

Innocent people with morals do....
