Radar reporter says DS didn't like RZ. DS forbid RZ from going to see MS. RZ took AS to the hospital, but DS wouldn't let RZ near the hospital and MS. How sad this all is.

Rebecca's sister on Dr Drew states the message on the door read: "She saved him, can he save her?" In block letters. Very odd.

I do not believe her death was a suicide .

That seals it for me. It was just confirmed that Rebecca's sister was at the residence, injuried herself from cleaning the glass from the chandelier. I did not know Rebecca, but I don't think she would ever commit suicide leaving her sister behind like that. That's not her MO.

A 14 yr old girl hung herself last summer and her little sister was the only one home at the time, and was the one who found her.

When someone is suicidal they do not think clearly.

Ann Bremner is taking on a fight for LE to keep this case open - reopen it because they have a responsibility to RZ's family and to the Public. I like Ann Bremner, and Jen Heger, the Radar reporter. I think it's going to take a great deal of push for the real truth to be revealed. I'm all for it.

Also, as was mentioned in a post on this page - that quickly disappeared (odd), rebecca's sister spoke about blood at the scene on Rebecca's body (down her leg I believe the sister said). How could LE have NOT mentioned that today? I have read about involuntary bowel discharge upon death; but how about blood? The main thing: how could LE fail to even mention this? Or did I just miss it?

Sorry if this has been answered. Haven't been all the way to the bottom. Just watched Dr. Drew on HLN and RZ's sister, Mary, was on the phone and said RZ had called her following MS's fall to ask about how to treat the injuries the 13 yr old had received cleaning up the glass. As I understood it, the 13 yr old was RZ's niece.

Edit .. I see upthread it may have been RZ's sister? I'm not sure now.

i deleted my post about this because someone posted it a few seconds before me. but yes, she said on dr drew that there was blood on rebecca's leg. enough to run down. she said she asked LE if rebecca was on her period and they said no. paraphrasing here

Yes, LE did confirm that both JS & DS were at Rady at the time they believe RN died. LE would not state that either JS or DS stayed at the hospital the ENTIRE time, just that they were confirmed to be there at the time LE believes RN died.

Old pictures and new pictures show carpet.

I saw one from before he bought it that had marble floors. I have been looking but cannot find it now. But that is not the point. Everyone keeps saying that this is NOT an especially dangerous staircase, yet we had the tragic death of a young boy as evidence to the contrary, imo.

1. Did LE say why RN chose the back bedroom balcony ---overlooking AS room?
2. Did JS say what the text stated that he sent - it would be on his cell unless he opted to delete it. If it was a message (rather than a text) and RN deleted it, then many phones will still let you open up deleted messages.... It must have been one terrible message.
3. "She saved him, can he save her"....What does message mean.. Is "she" RN, and "he" JS? Or is "she" DS? IF RN, then seems sarcastic, and her mode of death seems angry/vengeful(and sad). What is odd - written in block letters with black spray paint can. Yet, RN family says she never wrote in block print. So, this suicide message could have been done by anyone.
4. Why wear the blue Tshirt above her neck? That means she took her arms out of it, because it would have been kept on her trunk or be up at the neck if on properly..... odd.
5. Why blood on leg? Did the LE mention this fact in their evidence, or leave it out. The sister mentioned it on a TV show tonight! Was there a cut .... Maybe hit her leg with knife when cut rope....
6. Why did RN tell Dog Man that her "daughter" was injured... was GS present, did Dog man mispeak and she really said sister, or is the sister really her daughter from a 19 yo pregnancy?
7. Bothersome that family is so sure that this was murder, not suicide.

It was asked and answered rather quickly. I think the initial question was if JS was at the hospital at the time. A quick yes from LE. The questioner had to try to pin down what time they were even talking about. LE thought around 3 a.m. as a TOD, and said JS was at hospital. I think they eventually included "the parents".

(I'm not sure anyone specifically asked why DS was supposely reported to be a witness to the suicide scene as one newspaper reported if she was at the hospital the entire time.)
